My stay fucked up because of this hotel and bad management

النت عنده شغال ورفض يعطيني الباس وورد واعتذر بأن الكيبل فيه مشكلة
لماذا يضع في المواصفات الخاصة بالغرفة يوجد واي فاي وهو لا يعمل يجب عليه توضيح ذالك على موقع الحجز
