My stay met everything I needed and I attended the event the next day completely stress free!
Pros:

The receptionist was excellent, friendly and made you feel like you were the only one there and nothing was too much trouble. He even asked if we needed help with our luggage!
The hotel is beautiful with the gorgeous warm fires glowing and along with the decor made it seem inviting and cosy.
Dinner was excellent and it was delivered pretty quickly and with smiling and friendly staff.
Breakfast had a great selection and was very tasty and again quick service with lovely staff.
The room was very comfortable (if a little too hot ) and the shower was brilliant. Parking was very accessible and easy to get in and out of. Will definitely be back.

Cons:

I have to say there is nothing I didn't like!

Best hotel staff and great all round stay.
Pros:

The most friendly and helpful staff I've ever had. Couldn't do enough to help me and my disabled mum. Good in bar and at breakfast was also excellent. Disabled room was just perfect for mum.

Cons:

Disabled bathroom sink could be bigger.
