Pros:

The Woodfield Hotel in Clifden is a lovely small hotel in the very centre of Clifden. During our stay the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom a decent size. The breakfasts were very good, freshly made each morning. This is a great place from which to explore Connemara, we intend to return.

L'hôtel est situé au cœur de Clifden. L'hôtel est pluutôt calme. Le déjeuner est super et le personnel aussi !

Great Staff, exceptionally friendly. Breakfast amazing.
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located, with convenient access to local parking. Numerous bars, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, which made getting around very straightforward.
The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Connemara.

Cons:

I had to leave to go home.

Nice place, would find it hard to go back unfortunately, it felt like i was taking advantage of
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast, slept pretty good

Cons:

It was the night of storm Amy, the dinner finished at 7pm so I missed that, not a problem, the bar closed at 9pm because staff had to travel home, not a problem with that at all, my issue is I didn't receive a discount because of the early shut down, I was charged the full €120.00 , very unfair, again no problem with the early kitchen and bar closing, but should have reflected in the price,
