Great place to stay in Clifden
Pros:

I liked the location. Parking availability right at the door. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was confortable and clean.

Friendly staff, very clean and excellent location.
Pros:

A little dated, but fabulous staff and very clean. Location is perfect in the middle of the town, so a little noisy. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again. All staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Hotel needs a little painting and upgrading otherwise all great.

Rooms in need if a little TLC
Pros:

The restaurant and bar was nice and the location is ideal. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfy. Wonderful view from restaurant.

Cons:

The hotel has no night porter.We understood we had to let ourself in but, came back at 11.55 on eve of Patrick's day, bar and hotel totally shut down. It felt like there was no staff on the premises overnight. Not ideal. The bathroom was run down, needs upgrade. Every time you flushed the toilet the pipe made a big noise, enough to wake others in the room. The room had blinds but no curtains.
