The bed wasn't made, there was rotten food in the fridge from the previous guestes (it looked like it had been there for months), and the Booking details weren't consistent (it said champagne or wine would be provided, but the employee wrote on WhatsApp that this had been the case several years ago, but they still sent a small bottle and glasses). a hard mattress and pillows that are too soft as cotton wool.
