Het personeel is top! De vriendelijkheid en het meedenken met alles van safari's regelen tot aan elke ochtend een pot warm water om 6 uur voor elke deur zodat je koffie of thee kan drinken smorgens en vroege ochtend ontbijten voor de safari's
De kamers zijn zeer schoon en je wordt smorgens lekker wakker van de vogels en apen wat heerlijk is!

Het ‘team’ van de receptie regelt echt alles (excursies, transport, glutenvrij eten) voor je. Je hebt een onbezorgd verblijf. Ze zijn heel goed met milieu bezig: je kunt je waterfles vullen, zonnepanelen, schoonmaak op aanvraag. Goed restaurant. Klasse gewoon!

Está dentro del parque natural, el dueño y todo el equipo son super helpful, te ayudan en todo con los transfers, billetes, tours, y además lo hacen rápido y super eficaz! El restaurante buenísimo, la gente venía de otros hoteles a comer al nuestro (hay muchas opciones europeas), la piscina en la última planta también va fenomenal! A parte se ofrecen las clases de yoga diarias!

Owner and staff were amazing. Best so far on our journey around India. Basic but comfortable rooms. Great location for walking around. Staff made the difference and made us feel very welcome. Attended to our needs and ensured we were happy.

The accommodation was basic but clean and nice. It was in a quiet and in a peaceful location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us to organise a Jeep trip which we enjoyed. Adel gave us a very warm welcome on our arrival and made sure that we were happy and comfortable. Breakfast was great and included gluten free options.

The staff were all excellent and the food was very good. The balconies had good views. The hotel is well located to stroll around town.

The room with the balcony overlooking the garden is a great place to sit and watch the wildlife.

Enorm gastvrije staf, ze voelen goed aan wat je nodig hebt als gast en bieden dat met enthousiasme aan. We mochten onze tassen laten staan tijdens onze hike en na afloop zelfs nog even douchen. Fijne kamers en een goed restaurant. Aanrader!

Our stay at Crissie’s Hotel was incredible! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the hospitality truly stood out - especially that of the owner. Adel is one of the warmest hosts you’ll ever meet and has a remarkable ability to make your stay feel effortless and deeply relaxing. His passion for the hotel and his love for the national park are contagious!

We stayed for two nights and would have absolutely extended our stay if we could. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and featured a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. The hotel also has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food, definitely don’t miss it!

The team went above and beyond to help us arrange a last-minute rafting tour, a spice plantations guided visit, secure tickets to cultural events in the village, and organize an excellent driver for our journey to Kochi.

Overall, this hotel truly surpassed our expectations! We highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day! 😊

A magical place, surrounded by an exceptional garden where you can admire the region’s wildlife. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very welcoming. I was ill when I arrived, and Adel (the owner) and his entire team took wonderful care of me. They helped us from beginning to end and made sure I was safe. I am still very grateful to them for that. If you are looking for a unique place with strong values and a warm welcome, this is the place to be!
