Improvements needed
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The balcony looked out at some trees. Located on a quiet street.

Cons:

The staff were not friendly. There was no wifi in our room. When we told the staff they said there was nothing they could do about it. The washroom floor tiles were cracked, the balcony door was broken, a light fixture was broken. For the price we paid the room was in pretty bad shape.
