The nearby beach is lovely, and the people there are truly humble and welcoming.

Lots of construction noise, continuing renivation, drilling etc during my stay. Coud not have an afternoon nap at all.. when asked about the possibility of not doing at lest for the weekend they said there is no other time they can schedule the electrician. So you might get lots of construction noise sine they continuously updating and building the hotel.
The room was very large with balcony and nice view. Location was ok, relatively short walk to the beach and centre of Arambol. Couple of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Daily yoga so you can join classes also if you wish to. Overall good value for money.
They only cleaned the room when we asked for but they this is pretty typical in India. They should clean the room every couple of days or at least every week.. Also there location was quiet but unfortunately they had a cat on our floor that was very loud every morning and was waking us up at 5am so this was annoying

Was given a room different to the one in the photo. Building was being renovated, and my room (D2) was on the ground floor (on the building site) and for a million reasons was nowhere near ready to be given to anyone, let alone a 'guest'. Among the issues: Dust, noise etc. Internet kept going down (worked on higher floors apparently). Windows are flimsy. Toilet seat broken. Washing machine next door. And that's before talking about inside the room itself. The room should never have been sold.

I had already attended some yoga with them, so when I saw a room available I booked it straight away for my return.

The staff are beautiful, the food amazing. The location just right. Not to busy or loud. Good place for storing motorbike, and good laundry service.
