Pros:

The location is very convenient. Everything is on walking distance, the market, the beaches, eateries and other restaurants.
Room was clean and spacious and there was an ambient space for 2 wheeler parking.
The staff was nice and friendly.

There was a minor leakage in the room

Pros:

Море рядом, пешком близко 5 минут идти.

Cons:

Окна в номере не закрывались, договаривайтесь сразу о комнате на втором этаже или проверяйте в начале. Замок на двери берите свой, так как там стоят навесные замки.

Had a wonderful stay at AVM Yoga in Goa! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained, with a perfect beachside atmosphere that makes the experience peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly stood out and made us feel very comfortable. Great service, calm vibes, and beautiful surroundings — highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa!
