Pros:

La cama súper cómoda, la atención del staff muy buena y muy atentos a cualquier duda. En el hotel hay restaurante. La habitación era amplia y tenía todo lo necesario.

Cons:

La ducha se demoraba mucho en calentar el agua. No pueden controlarlo, pero en la madrugada ladran mucho los perros.

Cons:

La limpieza dejó muchísimo que decir del lugar. El guardia del turno de la madrugada (5 am) no estaba en el lugar cuando nos fuimos a ir y casi perdemos el transporte porque no aparecía y quedamos encerrados. Luego apareció desde la calle y no se disculpó siquiera cuando le comentamos que llevamamos mucho rato encerrados.

Perfect location for Panajachel
Pros:

The room was clean & ample size with bathroom. Window overlooking the busy street . They kindly let me have the room as I arrived early morning. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch . A few minutes walking distance to the boats and beach.

Cons:

All good with the hotel . Not the hotels fault BUT during the night many dogs were barking on the street nonstop , continuously.

Agradable.
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca a restaurantes y a la zona comercial; así como al lago y al muelle para salir a los pueblos de los alrededores. El personal es amable y colaborativo. En el hotel hay un cajero y cambian moneda extranjera.

Cons:

En general es un buen hotel, aunque el baño es un poco pequeño.

Great location, friendly staff, but the facility is old.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was right in the middle of everything and easily accessible to the ferry. There were lots of restaurants and shops around.

Cons:

There was one small fan and it blew air to half of the room. The other half of the room was very warm.
The water in the shower was cold. Maintenance came to try to fix it, but it was cold for all three days.

Most of the furniture in the common areas was very old. There were stains and rips all over the couches and chairs.

Pros:

The front desk was able to accommodate us even though our booking was cancelled.

Cons:

There was too much noise by the building beside it every night. We stayed on thw 2nd floor and the guests from the 3rd floor were making alot of noise by dragging furniture etc. All the noise was heard on the 2nd floor.

Buen lugar
Pros:

El personal es amable, el hotel está muy bien ubicado. Desde el lugar en el que te dejan los autos que vienen de antigua puedes ir caminando al hotel.

Cons:

Pondría TV Smart o un adaptador para poder conectar plataformas streaming. (Al menos la habitación que me asignaron no tenia un TV Smart )

La ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

El aseo. Las toallas y las sábanas no se ven limpias. Debajo de las camas nunca limpian. En las áreas comunes del 2do y el 3er pisó a ciertas horas llega olor a cloaca.
Muy poca agua en el lavabo.
