Excelente atención
Pros:

TODO.. La calidez de su personal, ahí todos fueron amables, atentos, su ubicación ya que teníamos todo cerca, su comida 10/10, en especial su café es riquísimo y los desayunos excelentes porciones, un lugar limpio, cómodo pero sobre todo su personal, que desde el momento de la reserva demostraron cordialidad y excelente atención esto invita a regresar.

No soy de escribir reseñas pero sin duda fue una grata experiencia..

Pros:

Localização excelente, ambiente limpo e agradável, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários gentis e atenciosos - nos ajudaram respondendo nossas dúvidas sobre passeios e outras coisas.
O hotel tem um terraço superior com uma vista privilegiada dos 3 vulcões, Água, Acatenango e Fuego. Se tiver de retornar, ficarei hospedada neste hotel novamente. Recomendo.

A cama é um pouco desconfortável por causa das molas.

Un hôtel sans aucun charme très quelconque
Pros:

Comme toujours au Guatemala, le personnel est très gentil.

Cons:

Les chambres sont minuscules, sont aveugles, pas de fenêtre à part un petit fenestron au dessus de la porte, un lavabo minuscule dans un coin, elles sont très bruyantes. Le site annonce « chambre avec terrasse vue sur le jardin », en fait de jardin c’est tour au plus un étroit patio. Cet hôtel n’a absolument aucun charme. C’est dommage de se poser dans un cadre aussi impersonnel, quand le centre ville regorge d’hôtels de charme dans des anciens bâtiments coloniaux, tous plus beaux les uns que les autres, avec des patios et jardins intérieurs magnifiques, pour à peine plus cher. Nous ne sommes pas allés au bout de notre réservation, nous sommes partis dans un autre hôtel. Quand la ville regorge de beau, pourquoi rester dans un hôtel avec zéro charme

Chilero is a casa away from casa
Pros:

The staff were warm and welcoming and are more than happy to help you practice Spanish. As a non native speaker, this was a super plus. The room was cozy and comfortable and the location couldn't be more convenient. The breakfast was delicious. The fryit bowl is HUGE! Antigua is a bustling hub full of color and friendly joy filled people.

Cons:

The pillows were either hard or soft so I would suggest at least one in-between. If you are a larger sized person...which we were not...be prepared for an extra tight bathroom experience.

Good value, great location, very friendly staff
Pros:

Pretty little hotel, good value with a very friendly and personable service. Very accommodating staff - they let me check in several hours early after an early morning arrival. The cafe inside the hotel is great as-well. I had a couple of coffees and lunches there during my stay.

Cons:

Not a lot of natural light in the room I had, and a few minor repairs needed to the room decor.

Too expensive for what you get
Pros:

I’ll start with the 2 positives. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was very small. There was no refrigerator, no blow dryer, no body lotion, no hot water in the sink and for breakfast you only get 1 cup of coffee and they wanted to charge for cream or milk. I don’t think it offered enough for the money.

Personal amable.
Variedad en el desayuno.
Me permitieron dejar mi equipaje en recepción luego de mi check-out.

Cons:

Encienden música ambiental a las 8am y se escucha fuerte dentro de la habitación, razón por la que nunca pude tener el descanso que quería y necesitaba. Quería dormir hasta tarde, pero todos los días me despertaba esa música.
Las toallas tienen olor extraño, como a humedad o guardado.
