Estancia excelente
Pros:

La ubicación muy céntrica, la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, las opciones de desayuno abundantes y deliciosas, el desayuno era en la terraza, excelente relación calidad-precio, mi estancia fue acogedora, lo recomiendo

Cons:

Todo me gustó, las instalaciones son sencillas pero con todo lo necesario para descansar bien.

The room was very stuffy and humid and the only window opened right beside the kitchen. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

Espectacular
Pros:

Muy amables y atentos desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Los días que estuvimos hospedados salíamos a los tours muy temprano pero nos dejaban el desayuno listo para llevar bien empacadito. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias , muy tranquilo para descansar

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious.Location is excellent being in the centre of town.staff are courteous,happy with excellent customer service.

Cons:

Rooms are not quiet. Unfortunately where the rooms are located there is too much traffic and noise from staff and guests coming and going at 06:45 am that I was awakened every day so early in the morning.
Mattresses need replacement tooooo stiff and hard.

El personal muy amable, atentos en todo momento, hasta noté la preocupación por ellos mismos, los desayunos de lo mejor y la ubicación relativamente cerca de todo. Un lugar muy acogedor, los café muy buenos al igual que el menú del restaurant

Lovely quaint hotel, and coffee shop, the staff were exceptional, i forget any of their names, bus arranging a taxi for me they went above and beyond, as original time didn't suit me, but they got it sorted straight away.

Cons:

i was on the ground floor opposite the kitchen, so there was a bit of noise throughout the day, but nothing at night or anti social hours.

Great hotel and great breakfast!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Antigua! The staff are very kind and the location is great! We booked 3-nights, but booked the overnight Hike of Acatenango over the second night. So it worked to leave the bulk of our luggage in our room and be able to come back early the next day. The rooftop terrace is very lovely with a view of Volcán de Agua. Breakfast was included with the room and you have 3 great options to choose from. And you can get it at anytime of the day! They even offered making a take away pack of the one breakfast option because we had an early departure for the Acatenango Hike. There’s also drinking water, a microwave, and a toaster oven for guests to use.

Cons:

The rooms are not sound proof. You surprisingly can’t hear the traffic from the streets, but you can easily hear other guests outside your room or if anyone’s being loud. We didn’t have any issues with this, but if you’re a light sleeper you’ll want to use ear plugs.

Beautiful place in Antigua
Pros:

Very polite and helpful staff and amazing breakfast! The terrace is also very beautiful with a great view!

Excelente atención
Pros:

TODO.. La calidez de su personal, ahí todos fueron amables, atentos, su ubicación ya que teníamos todo cerca, su comida 10/10, en especial su café es riquísimo y los desayunos excelentes porciones, un lugar limpio, cómodo pero sobre todo su personal, que desde el momento de la reserva demostraron cordialidad y excelente atención esto invita a regresar.

No soy de escribir reseñas pero sin duda fue una grata experiencia..
