Hotel San Sebastián

El hotel es muy limpio! El staff muy amable, el único inconveniente es que las habitaciones son pequeñas.

Not worth it

It was clean but not so comfortable. The towels are very old. The noise from outside interrupted our sleep. For the price we payed it was ok, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very friendly staff, overall a very nice experience.

Both day and night shift staff were very friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. Overall, the location is great but does not have parking. They do offer parking, but it is at an overnight parking area. Hotel itself needs a little bit of an upgrade, but good for the price. Our rooms were very clean.

El Hotel cuenta con lo ofrecido. Por lo tanto, la estancia que tuvimos fue agradable, buena atención y efectiva.

Mi estadia en el hotel San Sebastian fue excelente. Las personas que trabajan ahi me dieron el mejor trato y cariño, gracias a Brian Enrique, Carolina, Diego y las otras señoras que con tanta amabilidad me atendieron. Estuve 10 dias, y aunque el hotel si es un poco viejo para mi no fue ningun inconveniente. Antiguia en general es patrimonio cultural de la humanidad y renovaciones y cambios pueden ser dificiles de hacer por ende muchas de las estructuras deben mantener su forma original. Cosa que aprecio pues esto es lo que yo queria experimentar. Para mi lo mas importante fue el cariño que recibi y la conveninecia de lo cerca que estaba del cerro de la cruz, el arco, y la plaza entre otros.

The staff is very nice. If you book through the app you are allowed to have a breakfast. The rooms do not have AC and are a bit smaller. The bed was not that soft there is not parking spaces . But it was okay since I booked it until the last minute.

Room smells like mold. I told the person at the front desk and they said that room was okay. I showed them the mold and they said oh well that’s what you get

Nice for what you pay…. Short in staff but to spend a Igor in Antigua close to everything is a good option

location is good but the hotel itself not recommended. room too small, broken shower head. broken toilet cover, not properly maintained. needs lots of maintenance to make it attractive for travelers. short staffed. no air conditioning -my visit was during summer time, and it was very hot.
