Pros:

立地、スタッフの対応、プールの快適さ、ビーチが近い、タオル貸出あり、ウォーターサーバー・ペットボトルの水が無料、テラスからの景色が良い、アメニティは概ね揃ってる、水圧はぼちぼち

Cons:

ディナーのビュッフェは、日本人には合わないかも。。。
アメリカを体感するには良かったですが、美味しいかどうかは。。。
ただしレストランはもちろん、ホテル含めて全スタッフの対応がとても素敵だと思いました。

There is a strange buzzing noise in the room. The hotel closed off the beach and courtyard under the pretext of the typhoon, yet offered no compensation whatsoever. However, I found that all facilities at PIC had been fully restored, which shows how inefficient Crowne Plaza is.

部屋からブーンという奇妙な異音がします。ホテルは台風を理由にビーチと中庭を閉鎖したにもかかわらず、一切補償を提供してくれませんでした。しかし、PICに行ったところ、現地の施設は完全に復旧しており、クラウンプラザの対応・業務効率が非常に低いことがわかりました。

방에서 윙윙거리는 이상한 소리가 납니다. 호텔은 태풍을 이유로 해수욕장과 정원을 폐쇄했지만, 일절 보상해 주지 않았습니다. 하지만 PIC에 가보니 모든 시설이 완전히 복구되어 있었고, 이는 크라운 플라자의 업무 효율이 매우 낮다는 것을 의미합니다。

Enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza Resort Guam
Pros:

Clean facilities. Very helpful and accommodating staff (special mention Hazel). Very near to the beach.

Cons:

The only thing that was rather negative was the sliding door to the balcony getting stuck all the time. But such a small thing compared to the overall enjoyable stay we had.

The best hotel with best experience. Staff were friendly, nice, accomodating. Best service

I love the room. Very clean and spacious. And the view of the ocean was superb. Yhe beach was like out beach in the Philippines. White sand and clean beach. Location of the the hotel is the best. Bus stops in the nearby hotel so we dont need to walk too far.

Cons:

Sometimes they close the entrance of the hotel so buses cannot go inside.
So they just drop us in front of the hotel so we need to walk
