For what we wanted (quiet vacation away from many people in a private place), this was pretty much the best hotel so far that fit our needs that we visited

Villa Nai 3.3 offers more than just a place to stay; it’s a luxurious, serene experience nestled in a century-old olive grove. With only a few rooms, the atmosphere is peaceful and exclusive, giving the impression of a private retreat. The olive oils produced on-site have won prestigious international awards, and the owner may personally offer a complimentary tour if he’s around. The cuisine is refined and of high quality, making dining elsewhere unnecessary during the stay. While the 7-course tasting menu is impressive, it includes 10 courses, which can feel a bit heavy. Homemade croissants are occasionally underbaked, but overall the food is excellent, and the signature cocktails by the pool are a must-try. The only suggestion for improvement would be to add a pillow menu. In short, Villa Nai 3.3 delivers a tranquil, high-end experience that fully justifies its price.

L’albergo è magnifico, ma questo è quasi superfluo dirlo. Il proprietario è una persona a modo, colta e animata da una sincera passione per ciò che fa: è un vero piacere conversare con lui.

Il direttore si distingue per eleganza, disponibilità e una gentilezza non così frequente da incontrare.

Il personale è squisitamente cortese e preparato: ogni dettaglio è curato con attenzione, a partire dal servizio, sempre impeccabile.

La camera viene riordinata più volte al giorno, con discrezione e rapidità, quasi senza che ci si accorga della presenza di chi se ne occupa.

Vorrei sottolineare anche la produzione di un olio di qualità eccellente, pluripremiato, che da solo merita di essere raccontato.

Qui non c’è spazio per un turismo volgare o di massa: è una realtà di nicchia, immersa in un contesto di ulivi secolari, con una vista splendida e un’atmosfera intrisa di cultura e amore per il territorio. È un albergo che rivela strati di storie e idee ben precise.

La colazione, servita alla carta, è deliziosa.

Struttura meravigliosa immersa nella natura e dotata di ogni comfort. Una menzione speciale per il direttore dell’hotel e lo staff, tutti estremamente disponibili, attenti e cordiali. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Esperienza memorabile.

Our stay at Villa Nai 3.3 was nothing short of extraordinary – truly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had! The location is absolutely breathtaking: the property is carved into the rock, seamlessly blending with nature, and surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that create an atmosphere of complete peace and serenity.

The pool is simply perfection – with an uninterrupted view of the islands, it feels like you’re swimming at the edge of paradise. The sunsets are picture-perfect, and the entire setting is pure magic.

The staff was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the level of service we received was better than in many of the top luxury hotels in Croatia. We felt truly taken care of in every possible way.

There were absolutely no flaws – everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully maintained. The comfort, elegance, and tranquility of this place are truly unmatched.

We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Nai 3.3 to everyone – you owe it to yourself to experience this slice of heaven at least once in your life.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever been to. We were completely blown away by the incredible food, amazing service and gorgeous scenery. We felt totally relaxed as soon as we arrived and appreciated all the amazing luxury touches such as the buzzers by your lounger, the remote control sun parasols, the way housekeeping always came when you were out at mealtimes and so much more…. Please do not hesitate to book Villa Nai 3.3 - it’s really special

One of the most beautiful locations we have visited.
Exceptional Facilities and superb food quality.
The best aspect was the excellent staff and how hands on they were to our needs and requirements. The owner also came down and gave us a private tour of how they produce their own olive oil and how many awards it garnered. He also gave us a thorough explanation of the types of oil that can be produced and how beneficial there were.
Overall one of the best stays we have experienced.

Villa Nai is for the most discerning guests and will not disappoint. Heavenly location and very attentive, considerate service. The food is all locally produced and outstanding.

Our time at Villa Nai was truly unforgettable. We were amazed by the stunning location, exceptional venue, and incredibly attentive staff. Congratulations to the owner Goran and Nives Morovic for creating such a unique sanctuary. The views were breathtaking and the food was mouthwatering. Indulging in the peace of the olive groves and the Adriatic sea was amazingly therapeutic.
