Hôtel panoramique difficile d’accès.
Pros:

L’emplacement avec la vue à couper le souffle.
Propre.
La terrasse du petit déjeuner.
Le petit déjeuner agréable.

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur, trop d’escaliers et pas d’accès direct pour déposer des bagages:même si on est prévenu , la réalité est pénible! Hotel un peu vétuste. Pour un ART hôtel, cela mériterait de miser à fond sur ce thème…

Séjour en amoureux les yeux dans l’adriatique.
Pros:

La vue de la terrasse du petit déjeuner et la qualité de celui ci ! La situation est idéale pour se baigner dans les petite criques. La chambre vu mer permet une immersion totale du lieu.

Cons:

La porte de la douche n’est pas très pratique. Bien que précisé au préalable sur la description de l’hôtel, l’absence de parking est à ne pas négliger pour votre réservation.

Expensive, over stretched staff/facilities but nice views.
Pros:

- The location is great, close to the promenade and balcony views are great.
- staff helpfully made breakfast sandwich when I went to an early day trip
- good air con in the bedroom

Cons:

- bathroom was incredibly small, turning in the shower would turn off the water at times.
- bad smelling drains in the bedroom, very noticeable at night
- reception were not always available, I called down a few times during their open hours and no one responded. They seemed too busy

A room with a wonderful view
Pros:

Compact but clean room with fridge, kettle and hairdryer. View from balcony was amazing. Excellent WiFi and a delicious breakfast with a great variety. Fantastic swimming areas near to hotel. If you go down the stairs there is a beautiful swimming pool area right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

So many stairs which makes it difficult with luggage. A taxi can leave you on the road above the hotel but then you must go down 90 steps and there is no one to help with bags. It would be nice if the hotel could sell some cold drinks so guests can relax with a drink after returning from the beach and climbing up the stairs!

La ubicación, las vistas y muy agradable

Cons:

Para llegar a recepción había por lo -80 escalones de distintos tamaños, algunos sin barandilla y una escalera de 1 m de ancho. Sin ayuda en recepción, podrían avisar esto porque para personas mayores es imposible llegar al alojamiento. En los comentarios ponía que había algunas escalera, pero eso no es del todo cierto son muchas escaleras y hemos visto a personas mayores con problemas para subir las maletas y sin nadie que las pudiera ayudar

Pokój czysty z widokiem na morze przy promenadzie. W pokoju zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Łazienka ładna dobrze wyposażona. Pokój codziennie sprzątany po uprzednim wywieszeniu kartki

Ogromna ilość schodów ale przy rezerwacji liczyliśmy sie z tym ze tak tam jest i nie ma windy. Ciężko dostać sie z walizkami schody wąskie i strome. Śniadania kiepskie byłem raz. Po śniadaniu trzeba odnosic po sobie naczynia na wózek z czym sie spotkalem pierwszy raz . Późne zameldowanie, długie oczekiwanie na pokój.

・ラパドビーチが近く、遊歩道にも降りられる部分があるため海は非常に近いです。

Due to last minute booking we did not consider the location instruction and the particularities related to access to guest rooms. The front desk manager welcomed us with friendly intentions and assisted with reverting the booking with full refund. Rare example while fully appreciated

La ubicación, delante de Uvala Lapad Beach, una zona sin demasiada gente para estar en Dubrovnik en la misma costa con la posibilidad de acceder al mar para bañarse. Al ser un hotel pequeño, es muy tranquilo. Muy buenas vistas

Cons:

Hay unas 60 escaleras para acceder al hotel, pero si estás en forma no representa ningún inconveniente. La primera noche nos alojamos en la habitación 103 y a las 6.30 se escuchaba demasiado el grupo electrógeno del hotel cuando empezó a funcionar. Temblaba todo. Lo comentamos en recepción y nos cambiaron de habitación
