STAFF WAS RESPONSIVE AND WELL BEHAVED.
ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NECESSITY WAS MET
APPROACHABLE TO MARKET FOR HAVING PROVISION ONE NEED.

The maintenance, the location, the gardens and the beds were comfortable. This provider exceeded my expectations. Mr Jawad the manager and the crew were very helpful and they even accommodated us and served tea (freshly made) at 12:30 am. Very good service
Can’t point out anything that I did not like maybe the length of stay.
The Hotel is the only decent property to stay at in Moga. The food was average.
Food quality can be improved and the Hotel facilities in general can be improved.
Very Professional staff, Lucky the manager did a outstanding service. we were running late to check in and he left a number to call to him. He dealt with us in very professional manner also he spoke English which made it easy for us to communicate. We were travelling from the UK, Lucky and his team made us feel very welcomed and safe.
Small issues no toilet roll when we checked in and TV didn't work in both apartments.
The hotel is located centrally in Moga, very much reachable and easy access. The staff is very nice and courteous.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well stocked. The staff was super and very responsive to our needs. We came back late one night and they waited up for us.
I liked lot of things about this place . Its really convenient to get there and my room was big too. Hotel also serves good food however there are lot of good places around (baba chicken, brother burger and dominos). Its also real close to moga bus stand.
