It was a nightmare.
Pros:

There was nothing that I could like at this place. Very disappointed.

Cons:

The view from the website was completely different than what I actually witness.
The food was not good quality.
The room was not clean at all.
The AC was not working.
The water from the sink was not flowing.
The water from the shower was flowing slowly and no hot water
I had to leave the hotel, leave them the money, make phone calls and get me another hotel that I had to pay out of my pocket.
No one call me back... nothing.

Pros:

Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. The driver was really nice and professional.

Cons:

When we arrived the first few days there card machine did not work and was having a hard time to make payments. The property should work on a system where customers are able to make payments while booking instead of waiting to arrive at the hotel.

C’est bien en général mais il faut donner beaucoup plus de choix à la nourriture surtout le petit déjeuner.

The staff was really nice

Cons:

First, they told me that they didnt accept payment with Master card, but they didnt say that before nor was that mentioned anywhere. Then they give me the room and it was NOT what I reserved, it didn't even have a TV and there were no towels, they said they were going to bring but never happened.
The next day, breakfast is supposed to start at 7 am, I had to leave at 7.30 because of my flight, it was 7.25 and not even the coffee was ready!
And I saw a cocoroach in the room! It stinked because it was next to the kitchen... all wrong.

Pros:

Restaurant was good although it took very long to get the food
Wifi is good and there was a smart TV
Security guards and 24/hr reception

Cons:

Pool was dirty, constant construction made it hard to relax
Mixed up my booking and gave me a queen room for 2 nights instead of the king room. The queen room had no remote so no TV
The bathrooms were poorly constructed, it was always very wet after you showered.

The ladies at the front desk did their best to accommodate but it was the logistics
Pros:

Not much good to say for one night. My server for the sole night was great. A young man who was there that night who claimed he has been there for about 2 months

Cons:

Intermittent power outages and no AC throughout the entire night

Pros:

Breakfast was good, but on Sundays the food was not good.

Cons:

During our 6-night stay, we had 4 nights without electricity, meaning no air conditioning or hot water. The rooms also need better lighting. Smoking and drug use should be totally restricted to indoor, away from children and non smocking guest rooms. Music should be kept at a reasonable volume, especially in the morning and evening. The pool also needs better cleaning and maintenance.
On the positive side, Great location and excellent staff, they were courteous, professional, and provided a great service. With improvements to electricity, cleanliness, lighting, and noise control, the overall experience could be much better.
