A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész, ha különleges kérésünk volt azt is megoldották. Az ételek finomak, ízletesek.

Cons:

Egyetlen negatívum volt, amiről nem a személyzet tehet. A vacsorához kértünk egy kancsó ivóvizet, amire a felszolgálók azt felelték hogy - a vezetőség utasítására - nem lehet, vásároljunk az italaik közül. Felesleges kicsinyesség, ami rontja a vendégek elégedettségét.

A rövid kikapcsolódáshoz wellnessel kerestem szállást, bár a wellness nem, a kikapcsolodás maximálisan sikerült.
Pros:

Kiváló az elhelyezés. A személyzet kifogástalan. A közösségi terek hasznosak, pingpong, biliárd, csocsó. A telőtéri wellness fantasztikus. A szauna panorámája a naplementébe páratlan. A pazar reggeli és vacsora zseniális.

Cons:

A kültéri jakuzzi fantasztikus lehetne, de 5 perc után a 31 fok nagyon kevés. Hideg a tartósabb ott tartózkodáshoz.

Ha fele ennyibe kerül akkor rendben lenne de sokat kell javítani a komforton. A kiszolgálás viszont tökéletes.
Pros:

A személyzet elképesztően kedves és segítőkész szinte lesik minden kívánságát az embernek.

Cons:

Minden más a fürdőszoba koszos volt és nem volt zuhanyfüggöny sem ami egy 4 csillagos szálloda esetében nem elfogadható. Az ágyak kényelmetlenek és kifeküdtek voltak. A berendezéseken sok karcolás a festésen sok kosz hiba.

Cons:

Folyamatos nagyon zavaró állandó zúgás volt a szobában, akkor is ha a légkondit lekapcsoltuk. Emiatt nem tudtunk éjjel jól aludni.
