Visszatérő vendégként csalódás a változás 😞
Pros:

„Visszatérő vendégként eddig minden alkalommal 10 pontra értékeltem a szállodát, mert nagyon elégedettek voltunk, és szívesen tértünk vissza. Sajnos az utóbbi időben úgy érzem, hogy a színvonal már nem a régi. A személyzet és a vezetőség teljes lecserélése óta számomra érezhetően megváltozott a szálloda hangulata és az összbenyomás is.
Szeretném kiemelni, hogy az új alkalmazottak is kedvesek és segítőkészek, tehát nem velük van problémám. Inkább a szolgáltatásokban és a korábbi, megszokott színvonalban érzek változást.
Különösen sajnálom, hogy a korábban meglévő, játékokkal felszerelt kis gyereksarkot is megszüntették. A szálloda továbbra is gyerekbarátként hirdeti magát, de a babaágyon és a gyerekszéken kívül jelenleg nem igazán látok olyan szolgáltatást, ami ezt a megnevezést valóban alátámasztaná.
Nagyon sajnálom ezeket a változásokat, mert szerettünk ide járni, és éppen ezért különösen csalódott vagyok. Nem szívesen adok kevesebb pontot, de a korábbi tapasztalataimhoz képest most már csak 8 pontot tudok adni a 10-ből. Remélem, a vezetőség figyelembe veszi a visszatérő vendégek véleményét, és a jövőben ismét nagyobb hangsúlyt fektet a minőségre és a valódi családbarát szolgáltatásokra.”

Ein kurzer, aber durchaus zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Stimmung, Frühstück ok, schwaches Müsli-Angebot, aber vor allem gute Auswahl an ungarischen warmen und kalten Speisen, etwas was es anderswo nicht gibt und mir daher wichtiger ist. Ähnlich das Abend-Büfett, gute und reichhaltige Auswahl. Die Lage selbst ist speziell, das Eingangstor zu spezieller Landschaft, der Hortobagy-Puszta und weiter zum Tisza-See. Die Warmwasserbecken konnten wir leider nicht nützen, wären aber ein weiterer Grund um wiederzukommen. Danke.

Cons:

Na ja, wir waren als Tagestouristen eingestuft und daher dürften wir ein Badezimmer mit besonders kleinem Waschbecken bekommen haben, das war wirklich sehr, sehr klein, aber die Brause war dafür völlig in Ordnung.

Pros:

A személyzet segítőkész.
Az étkezéskor (reggeli, vacsora) feltálalt ételféleségek bőséges választékot biztosítottak.
A strand közelsége és a saját fürdőrész tökéletes kényelmet biztosított.

Pros:

Rendben volt nagyon. A szállás, az ételek és a strand is szuper. A személyzet nagyon kedves és profi, kivétel egy-két fiatalember az étkezésnél.

Smaczne śniadania i kolacje (płatne napoje) Miły młody Pan w recepcji.

Cons:

Zdjęcia pokoju inne niż dostajecie!!! Dostaje się malutki pokój z 3 piętrze, najgorszym i najstarszym. Klimatyzacja prawie nie działa. Jest ultra gorąco. Na zdjeciach widać ogromny pokój który dostaniecie dopiero po chęci anulacji rezerwacji. Nieuczciwe cwaniackie praktyki rodem z lat 90. Nie rozumiem po co takie zagrania. Hotel nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Mimo ze ceny ma 4 gwiazdkowe. Do tego po zameldowaniu otrzymacie informację ze jesteście gorszymi klientami z booking więc możecie korzystać z basenu tylko raz na pobyt!!! Nie polecam tam pobytu. Mimo że personel był mily i pomocny.

Egész jó! Sokat rontott a felszolgálás a véleményemen!
Pros:

Tiszta ! Kedves a recepciós! Mindent megpróbált megoldani! Tiszta fürdő és szállás!

Cons:

A reggeli lehetne változatosabb! A felszolgáló pedig kedvesebb! A vacsoránál az italválasztáshoz 3× is elment mellettünk! Valamiért nyílván nem voltunk szimpatikusak neki!
