Cleaning was hit more..I show a bed bucks on the bad corner and inform the management and my room got changed instantly but the next morning I show that the room is allocated to someone else... I'm surprised how they can do this....

Rooms were very small, cleaning was not proper, TV was not working , any charging plug also was not working when complaint regarding this staff told that this is first complaint nobody make any complaint regarding this,
Location, close to leafy and airy bit of Chandigarh. Room further out from reception was pleasant and clean. They have filter water dispenser behind the reception, so no excessive plastic use.
Booked direct for second night and got allocated a room closer to reception (it stank horribly, I cleaned the room myself, but the issue is linked to one of the pipes in the bathroom). Staff needs customer service training, some serious issues there - I flagged it up to them directly.
