Pros:

Soba je uredna i čista, topla i udobna.Hrana je bila odlična.

Cons:

Ogromne cijene pića uz večeru, mini bara i u wellnesu u koje su uključeni porezi i nameti na cijenu koji nam nisu bili poznati.

Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable and clean rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds and a lovely spa. We also appreciated being allowed to leave our car in the hotel parking after check-out.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the lack of personal attention from the staff. Despite informing the hotel about my birthday in advance and mentioning it again at reception, there was absolutely no acknowledgement — not even a simple birthday greeting.
Breakfast service also needs improvement: used dishes were left on tables for too long, and the sliced kiwi had a strong, unpleasant fishy smell.
For a five-star hotel, I expected a much more attentive and proactive approach to guest service. The facilities are excellent, but the hospitality does not quite match the five-star standard.

חדרים יפים ונוחים וארוחות ערב ברמה גבוהה

Cons:

הספא ממש לוקה בחסר. לא כל המתקנים והזרמים עובדים וכך גם לגבי הסאונות.חלקם מושבתות.הספא קטן ועובד באופן חלקי. המיקום לא טוב. נמצא במקום מבודד מאד שכרגע משמש גם כאתר בניה ורחוק מהמרכז

Bardzo ładny, nie za duży, dobrze pomyślany obiekt. Gustownie urządzone pokoje. Fenomenalne śniadanie. Dobra obsługa. Mała ale schludna i funkcjonalna siłownia

Mit Ausnahme der Umgebung/Landschaft und der Lage war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem Top-Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am See. Eigener Strand mit Pool und Seezugang.
Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und bot alles, was man sich wünschen kann.
Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund war problemlos, das Hotel ist durchaus hundefreundlich (Hunde sind aber im Restaurant und am Strand nicht erlaubt).

Cons:

Die Strandbar war wegen der Nachsaison bereits geschlossen , obwohl noch wunderbares Badewetter war. Der Outdoor Pool ist etwas klein für Gäste, die nicht im See baden möchten.
Der Service im Aussenbereich (Vorgarten) lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es sehr viele Baustellen rundum, was den optischen Gesamteindruck doch ziemlich trübte.
Etwas weit weg vom Zentrum (Gehzeit ca. 25 min).
Die Vorab-Information des Hotels kurz vor Anreise, dass Hunde mit max 10 kg erlaubt sind, führte kurz zu Verwirrung, wurde aber sofort geklärt und auch mit größeren Hunden ist der Aufenthalt auf Nachfrage erlaubt.
