Pros:

Hygiëne, comfort en plek.

Cons:

De Mojito op het privé strand was echt niet goed.
Er zat zelfs geen enkel ijs in.
Dat kan echt niet.

There was not or not enough water in the common areas
Body lotion dispenser was in the shower
There were no complimentary bicycles , but only very expensive e-bikes and e-rollers
There were too few sun umbrellas at the beach,

Хороший отель с неудачным рестораном
Pros:

1.Собственный, закрытый от посторонних пляж, на котором всегда было достаточно места и лежаков
2. Хорошие басейны с тёплой водой, в т.ч.на улице
3.Номер большой, комфортный. Неплохие шампунь-кондиционер-лосьон для тела.
4. Персонал вежлив, уборка качественная и своевременная.
5.Отель расположен в малолюдном месте, в основном, было тихо и спокойно

Cons:

1.Ресторан. Кухня, видимо, слишком "высокая", мы ее не оценили. При этом достаточно дорого
2. Других приличных ресторанов в непосредственной близости от отеля нет, до центра, где находится большинство ресторанов, 20-30 мин пешком
3.Завтрак нормальный, но не на 5 звезд. Ассортимент уменьшался от понедельника к воскресенью. Не понравилось, что нельзя самому налить себе чай-кофе
4.Номера "с видом на озеро" на самом деле с боковым видом на озеро. Прямой вид на озеро только в люксах

A wonderful lakeside stay with outstanding hospitality, delicious food, and a relaxing spa
Pros:

Nagyszerű hely a pihenésre, közvetlenül a Balaton partján. A wellnessrészleg kellemes, tökéletes a kikapcsolódáshoz. A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész, kedves és figyelmes volt a teljes tartózkodásunk alatt. A reggeli bőséges és magas színvonalú, a vacsora pedig egyszerűen isteni.
Külön szeretnénk megköszönni a szálloda korrekt és rugalmas hozzáállását: barátaink betegség miatti, utolsó pillanatban történt lemondását nagyon méltányosan kezelték, és a lemondás miatt felszámított díjat felhasználhattuk a helyszíni fogyasztásukra. Ez a gesztus sokat jelentett számunkra, és jól tükrözi a vendégközpontú szemléletüket.

Mindenkinek szívből ajánljuk a szállodát, mi is örömmel visszatérünk.

Ich komme wieder . Für echte 5* ist noch Luft nach oben, aber das wird schon.
Pros:

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Die 5 * in Verbindung mit dem Wortlaut Luxusresort weckt eventuell höhere Erwartungen. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und hat so eventuelle fachliche Schwächen neutralisiert.

Cons:

Beach, zu wenig Schirme. Flaschenweine , Champagner sind nicht richtig gekühlt. Eiswürfel konnten nicht bereit gestellt werden. Treppe zum See ist mit Vorsicht zu geniessen.

Pros:

The face treatment. It was relaxing and the skin was great after.

Cons:

Worst 5 star hotel.the service is terrible. The location is terrible. Its very close to a tent and caravans lot, families with small children that make a lot of noise screaming. A hair in my bed drawer,the kitchen can not handle 10 tables at a time.dirt like rust in the spa pool.no flip flop for the spa.just a warm fabric slippers that were terrible. I will not come back. Sorry.ah, and I had to ask twice to come and clean my room.

Top-Haus in toller Lage. Ein Echtes Adults-Only Hotel für Sommer und Winter

Das sind wirklich echte 5 Sterne. Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Vom Zimmer, über das unglaubliche Frühstück bis hin zum Spa oder dem Privatstrand…alles top

Cons:

Leider ist der Privatstrand am Balaton noch nicht mit Sand aufgeschüttet. Dadurch ist es etwas matschig. Aber man ist ja zum schwimmen da. Und man hat ja immernoch die Außenpools und den ganzen Spa.
