Rugalmas személyzet, finom ételek, szép terek.
A vártnál sokkal szebb és tágasabb szobát kaptunk! A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és udvarias volt! A svédasztalos ételek kínálata, mennyisége és minősége minden elvárásunkat felül múlta! A wellness részleg könnyen elérhető épületen belül, napközben sem macerás csobbanni egyet! Ár érték arányban kevés ilyen szállás szerepel a kínálatokban!
Gyorsan el telt a pihenésre szánt idő!
Remek helyen van a szállás, közel van a Barlangfürdő és a park. Szép és tiszta a szoba, tiszta az ágynemű és a törölköző. A reggeli finom. Ár-érték arányban megfelelő.
Rengeteget kell lépcsőzni a szoba, az étterem és a wellness között. A wellness részen bár sokminden van, ráférne egy felújítás. A szobában rossz irányba lejt a zuhanyzo, így az összes víz a wc alá folyt, ami aztán egész éjjel ott is maradt. Vékonyak a falak, sokminden áthallatszik.

A bástya szó nem csak a nevében releváns, hanem szó szerint kell érteni. Szűk,zegzugos, kis keskeny lépcsős,dohos,áporodot szag a szobában,nagyon jól nézzen utána aki ide szeretne menni minden apró részletnek, a honlapon fel van tüntetve állítólag minden. Én pont ezért szeretem a bookingot használni hogy ne kelljen még pluszban utána nézni. Az all inclusive megérkezés után át alakult soft all inclusive ellátásá. Erkélyes szobát foglaltunk,ami ből nagyon szép kilátás nyílt egy nagy cserép tetőre🙂,hűtő van a szobában igaz én mikrónak láttam, de a párom világosított fel hogy az a hűtő 🙂😀 ,laptop méretű tv a falon,kávé foltos erkély ajtó stb....
Ja igen és aki dohányzik tudom rettenetes szokás a szobában nem ez természetes,de ha az erkélyen rá gyújt,vagy elektromos cigit használn 50 euro/nap büntetést szab ki a hotel (mint valami hatóság lenne 😀😀). Van két kijelölt dohányzó hely a hotel két végén,de amíg végig vergődik az ember a sötét folyosókon,lépcsőkön indulhat is vissza.
Szóval aki a szereti a szűk,zegzugos állott és áporodot szagot,a mini szobával mini hűtővel,eléggé elveszett személyzettel annak ajánlom.
Nem hiába egyre olcsóbb kiruccanós ajánlattal hirdetnek.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt és segítőkészek. Igényes és tiszta szobák. Jó elhelyezkedés, korrekt ár.
Ismét leírom, hogy tényleg szuper a hotel! Azonban engem az egyrétegű wc papírral a világból kilehet kergetni. Amit még hiányoltam az a vízforraló, kávé tea és egy vendégváró üveg víz. Ezek jóleső kedvességek, figyelmességek.
Közel van a tóhoz, fűrdőhöz.
Nincs ingyenes parkolás a hotel előtt, vagy zárt parkolójában. A wellness részleg túl volt klórozva.
Az étterem drága.
Lépcsők a recepciótól!

I liked the spa and the kids corner. The staff was quite helpful even though the problem solving wasn't always perfect.
The breakfast wasn't a 4-star breakfast. There was lack of fruits, only apple and the quality of the food was also not the best. Also there was no phone in the room and no tea cattle... in many hotels they give free water and free tea and coffee. I was disappointed that in a 4-star hotel I didn't find these things while in many 3-star I had this experience. Also the room wasn't perfectly cleaned when we arrived.
As for the pools the upper pool was too cold while the downer one too hot... there was no in between.
