Tolles Hotel in guter, ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, der Außenpool ein bisschen versteckt, und auch sehr schön.
Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das a la Carte Restaurant ist zu empfehlen.

Azt nyújtja , amit mutat.
Pros:

Egy éjszakát töltöttünk el, kényelmes , tiszta, szép. Elhelyezkedése kiválló. Wellnes részleg tetszett.

Cons:

Parkolás kissé körülményes, az ételekből nem volt nagy választék ,a minősége pedig átlagos volt.

Cons:

A szobához nem vezetett lift,ezt később tudtam meg ez lehet az én figyelmetlenségem.
A tusolóból a víz a toalett felé folyt, ami meg is maradt, szinte egész nap, mivel a sarok felé volt a lejtése.
Az ágy kényelme szinte nulla , a fali sok tízen éves klímakapcsoló egy katasztrófa, és hajnalba le is kapcsolták központilag, ami azért volt kellemes mert este is 26 fok volt anno.A fürdőszobai megoldások elavultak, a zuhanykabin csak egy fél opció, mert mellette mindenfelé megy a víz , szinte kezelhetetlen, a zuhanyzói kilépő szőnyeg felesleges és balesetveszélyes is mert borzalmasan csúszott.A szobában nem volt kellemes illat de még jó szag sem gondolom ennek a klíma megfelelő karbantartása is besegített.
A TV és az internet egy vicc,és egy katasztrófa keveréke, nézhetetlen élvezhetetlen volt a távkapcsolót pedig úgy óvják mintha egy q-led tv lenne a szobában.
És végezetül euróban foglaltam le a szállást, amikor euróban szerettem volna kifizetni a recepción közölték velem hogy csak készpénzben tudok euróval fizetni, vagy forintban kártyával.És amikor mégis csak kötöttem az ebet a karóhoz, akkor felvilágosítottak hogy magyarországon HUF a fizetőeszköz ,valamint hogy hogyan működik a saját kártyám.
Vendégekhez való empátia, és probléma kezelése csillagos 5 ös, ez van ha nem tetszik mehetsz ahová akarsz.Nem most voltam szállodában, de mindenhol ha voltak problémák ,korrekten precízen megoldottàk a dolgozók, ez csak egy tanács a jövőre nézve.
Összegezve:Nem tudom ajánlani, a szállodát a 4 csillagot nem tudom hogyan tudják megtartani de ez nálam , jó szivvel is csak 2 csillag.
Lehet hogy csak én fogtam ki és más szobák patikák de nem szeretném megtapasztalni hogy valóban így van e. Aki mégis foglalja az nagyon nézze meg és gondolja meg hogy valóban hiányzik e neki egy hasonló kalandpark.

Not even close to a 4-star hotel, disappointing experience
Pros:

Pools and saunas are good, food at the restaurant is good but expensive

Cons:

Honestly, this place is nowhere near 4 stars. The spa and pools are cool, but the rest of the stay was pretty disappointing. We booked a pricey room but got stuck on the 3rd floor with zero elevators, which sucked for the family. We ended up paying even more to move to the premium side just to avoid the stairs. Housekeeping was a joke, no one cleaned our room during our 3-night stay, even after we asked. They don't even give you free bottled water, coffee, or tea in the room. Wifi didn't reach our room, we specifically asked for a premium room with internet and they let us down. Toss in a bunch of spiders and basic decor, and this place is really just a 2.5 / 3-star resort with some nice pools.
