Clean & location was very accessible from all hotels & bus stand.. staff is very courteous & co-operative..

Cons:

Hot water not available in the room.. however, it was provided by the hotel management through a bucket..

Every thing is good except your security....

Cons:

Only thing is your security (who is standing in front of the gate) is useless.... He is not able to open the gate while we enter the hotel..(may be fully drunken fellow)...very disappointed...

Pros:

We liked the staff service that they treated us well and the comfort and aesthetic environment of the hotel room.

Cons:

We didn't liked the fact that the hotel room didn't had a hot water outlet which is necessary.
