Hotel má peknú izbu a wellness bol na úrovni, tam som bol spokojný.

Cons:

Our stay was fine. The problem only started after check-out. We left leather bracelets and expensive sunglasses in the room. We only realized it once we got home and called the reception immediately.

The staff first confirmed that they had found our items and were keeping them safe. When we agreed on shipping them to us, they suddenly claimed that nothing was found. The hotel handled the situation very unprofessionally and changed their original statement.

If you value your belongings, double-check your room before leaving. The lost and found here clearly doesn't work.

Gyönyörűen felújított hotel, szép szoba, wellness részleg. Makulátlan tisztaság.
Barátságos személyzet.

Cons:

A 2 db 90x200-as matrac összetolva nagyon kényelmetlen, kifeküdt, iszonyat puha, sajnos középen meg a két matrac széle magasabban volt és kemény. Nem volt összezipzározható. A klíma és a minibár nagyon hangos, zavaró főleg éjszaka.

Pobyt bol príjemný, oddýchli sme si.
Pros:

Strava bola výborná, široký výber jedál. Izba pekná a priestranná s veľkým balkónom. Mesto je zaujímavé . Pozreli sme si kultúrne pamiatky a podvečer relaxovali v hotelovom wellness.

Velmi pekná izba a kúpeľňa, potešil nas sj balkon

Wellness - toto by som nenazvala wellnessom sle takym voľnočasovým kupaliskom so saunami, ludia chodia do sáun v plavkách, v parnej saune bolo asi tolko pary ako ked sa vari v kuchyni, ochladzovaci bazén pri fínskej saune, bol hned pri saune ale tu by sa očakávalo nejake prekrytie bazéna kedze doňho by sa malo vstupovať hned po fínskej saune cize bez plaviek. Wellness bol vizuálne pekny.

Kedves volt a személyzet minden tagja.Szép tisztaság volt.Tetszett a szoba is.

Nagyon kicsi a wellness részleg.Nem tudtunk jelentkezni szauna szeánszra,mert már nem volt hely.Hiába volt nyitva szombaton éjfélig a wellness,mi már nem fértünk be se a jakuzziba,se a szaunába.A reggeli és a vacsora is kicsit egyhangú volt,nem volt változatos,az ételek hőmérséklete sem volt megfelelő,több étel hideg volt,sőt találtam nyers krumplit is a krumplipürében.A harmadik emeleten,ahol a szobánk volt,éppen felújítás zajlott,amiről a szálloda csak érkezés előtt három nappal értesített,amikor már nem lehetett lemondani a foglalást.Összességében egy kicsit csalódott vagyok,nem valószínű,hogy még egyszer ezt a szállodát választjuk pihenésünkre.
