Pros:

Lokalizacja, wygoda łóżek, czystość

Cons:

Średnia komunikatywność personelu poza recepcją.
Bardzo ograniczone i wyliczone(co do 1 szt) śniadania - nie było możliwości nawet dokupienia 1 szt bułki!!!

Pros:

Beste Lage, tolles Apartment. Wir waren zum 2.ten mal da. Nach unserem 1.ten Aufenthalt würden wir 10 von 10 geben. Der 2.te Aufenthalt war maximal ne 7.
Zimmer mit Klima gebucht, vor Ort für die Klimaanlage Extra zahlen müssen. Parkplatz bezahlt, 2.ter Abend keinen Parkplatz bekommen. Wir würden wieder buchen, allerdings vorher klare Absprachen treffen. Entweder, oder….

Mittlerweile gibt es in Siófok genug andere Unterkünfte, wo es besser läuft.

Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Ein Hotel im 80er, 90er Jahre-Charme. Wir haben ein 6 Zimmer Appartment gebucht und ein 5 Zimmer Appartment bekommen. Auch nach mehrfachen Nachfragen kein Zustellbett bekommen. Wir wurden tagelang ignoriert. Der Hotelmanager ist nicht zu greifen. Keine Hilfe, kein Lösungsvorschläge, nicht mal Bettzeug oder eine Matratze. Wir sind, nachdem mein Sohn 4 von 8 Nächten, auf einer selbst gekauften Luftmatratze geschlafen hat, auf eigene Kosten abgereist. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Kostenerstattung vom Hotel. In der Zeit haben wir 2 weitere Gäste kennengelernt, die falsche Zimmer auf ihre Buchung bekommen haben. Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Klimaanlage musste auch extra bezahlt werden, obwohl es im Zimmer angegeben war.

Cons:

Podczas pobytu przez 2 dni był problem z prądem. Co prawda awarie były natychmiast naprawiane, ale to nie co budziło strach wśród dzieci.
Ostatniego dnia pojawiły się mrówki w pokoju , wychodziły spod łóżka.

Worst experience – we were left without accommodation
We booked and fully paid for accommodation for 6 people from 6–9 August. Despite having a confirmed reservation, when we arrived we were left without accommodation.
Imagine travelling with 6 people, everything paid and planned in advance, only to arrive and discover that you have nowhere to stay. This caused us enormous stress and put us in a very difficult situation, especially because we had travelled specifically for this booking.
We paid for a service that was not provided. This is far beyond a normal bad experience — we were simply left without the accommodation we had booked and paid for.
I strongly recommend that other travellers think twice before booking this property. For us, this was an absolutely unacceptable experience and one we never expected from a property listed on Booking.com.

Ár érték arányban a szállás teljesen rendben van.
Pros:

Tágas, tiszta, jól felszerelt szállás. Az ágyak is kényelmesek. A bejelentkezés is zökkenőmentes volt. Közel van a központ és a strand is.

Cons:

Volt egy kis részleges áramszünet, de a probléma rövid időn belül orvosolva lett.

Negative: Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Although air conditioning was included in our Booking.com reservation, the staff initially refused to give us the remote control and tried to charge us extra. We only received it after showing our booking confirmation.

We also found a free shaded parking space outside, but we were told it was unsafe at night and were encouraged to use the hotel’s paid parking instead. While the fee was only €2, it felt unnecessary.

The room was supposed to have a hair dryer, but there wasn’t one. After calling the staff and even speaking to the owner, we were told someone would bring one, but nobody ever did. We waited around 30–40 minutes without any result.

Considering we paid around €160 for one night, we expected the advertised amenities to be available and the service to be much more professional.

Negatívum: A kiszolgálás sajnos nagy csalódás volt. A Booking.com foglalásunk szerint a légkondicionálás benne volt az árban, ennek ellenére érkezéskor külön pénzt akartak kérni a távirányítóért. Csak a foglalás bemutatása után kaptuk meg.

A szálloda előtt találtunk egy ingyenes, árnyékos parkolóhelyet, de azt mondták, hogy éjszaka nem biztonságos, ezért rábeszéltek a fizetős parkolóra. Bár a díj csak 2 euró volt, ez számunkra feleslegesnek tűnt.

A szobában nem volt hajszárító, pedig a szolgáltatások között szerepelt. Telefonon jeleztük a problémát, és még a tulajdonossal is beszéltünk, aki megígérte, hogy hoznak egyet, de végül senki sem érkezett. Körülbelül 30–40 percet vártunk hiába.

Körülbelül 160 eurót fizettünk egyetlen éjszakáért, ezért jogosan vártuk el, hogy a meghirdetett szolgáltatások valóban elérhetők legyenek, és a kiszolgálás sokkal professzionálisabb legyen.
