Very disappointing hotel. Stayed two nights and it was very bad

The facility was ok. If not the poor attitude of he staff, it could be a good property.

Cons:

very bad experience with the staff of the hotel. Not one or two employees, but most of the staff are operating as a group that don’t care about the guests. Their english is poor. The attitude of the receptionist and the staff at the spa were really not welcoming. These was something that we never experienced in any other hotel in Hungary and in all over the world.

Direkt felpanzios ellátást kértünk mert a vacsora a fenypontja a napnak de kissé csalódás volt, nem volt olyan csoda mint néhány éve.

Bardzo udany pobyt.
Pros:

Wszystko było w najlepszym porządku,. Nic dodać, nic ująć. Śniadania super, można zamówić indywidualnie jajka sadzone. Miałam obiadokolacje też, więc dania są wyśmienite i bardzo elegancko podane ( są ala karte ). Jestem bardzo zadowolona , i ten bliski ( w szlafroku, przez bramkę ) dostęp go Egerskich term jest super.
