Lokalizacja, czystość, wyposażenie pokoju np. w żelazko, co rzadko się zdarza, choć były też braki, o których niżej.

Cons:

Hałas z ulicy, brak talerzy i sztućcy - skoro jest mały aneks z zlewem i lodówką to przydałby się takie przybory, tak to musiałem na kruszyć na dywan 😐
