I arrived late at night as my flight from London was delayed. The BQA checked on me at all times to ensure I had a very smooth transition from a “late stressful flight” into a peaceful, cosy, clean, and quiet environment. I got the keycard as instructed, and there I was, (ready to relax, in the Heart of Budapest—the flat is located in the beautiful Astoria a well-known neighbourhood with lots of history, and everything you need around, for a reasonable price. I will definitely book this place when I get back in a few months! I highly recommend BQA. Massive thank you!👍🏼
This property offered nothing comfortable or easy.
Checking in was extremely difficult, there was no place to store our luggage, the next day, as we were told, which made our day in the city, impossible. There were no sheets for our second bed.

We walked from morning to evening, so we only needed the room to leave our things there, to get shower and go to bed.
1.They don’t have hot water ! Omg, I received answer
“We have one boiler for the whole building» it’s that serious?
2. You could have spent money to buy a normal hair dryer, instead of a child's toy, because of which you need to dry your hair for an extra hour. The guests would be more satisfied with such comfort.
3. It would be nice to offer the guests «welcome water »
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas fourni. Il coûtait 18 euros par personne pour un buffet, le choix était bon et la qualité de la nourriture correcte.
Nous avons passé 3 nuitées à l'hôtel.
Le lieu où se trouvait l'hôtel n'était pas clairement indiqué, le chauffeur de taxi a eu de la difficulté à trouver l'hôtel et nous a tout simplement laissé devant le Danube Astoria à côté. Les informations pour accéder à l'hôtel n'étaient pas claires. Un code a été transmis pour entrer dans l'édifice mais ce n'était pas clair à quel endroit entrer le code. Finalement, c'est quelqu'un qui sortait de l'édifice qui nous a ouvert la porte. Il y avait aussi un code pour accéder à la chambre, mais finalement ça prenait une carte pour entrer.
L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas, alors qu'il y avait une vague de chaleur en Europe lors de mon séjour. La chambre était chaude et humide. Malgré que nous ayons avisé l'employée qui était sur place à plusieurs reprises, le problème ne s'est pas réglé pendant notre séjour. Pourtant, elle nous a dit avoir parlé au manager, et nous a dit que quelqu'un viendrait en matinée de notre deuxième journée, mais personne ne s'est présenté. Nous avons demandé une compensation, soit le paiement du déjeuner, ce qui a été offert à nos amis qui séjournaient également à l'hôtel et qui ont eu le même problème, mais cela nous a été refusé.
La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée après notre deuxième nuit.
Il y a eu un dégât au sol, au niveau du rez-de-chaussée, et dans les escaliers, de l'huile semble avoir été répandue. J'ai glissé et suis tombée à cause de cela. Plusieurs interventions ont été nécessaires pour que le dégât soit finalement nettoyé.
Une mauvaise odeur se dégageait à l'entrée de l'édifice et dans les escaliers, une odeur de déchet qui a persisté pendant tout notre séjour.

Tutto, locale.e.androne fatiscienti sporchissimi, di suite non aveva nulla, uno degli alberghi( se così lo possiamo definire) più deludente che mi sia capitato nemmeno propensi a tenere i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check-out.
Da evitare assolutamente.........
Velice hezký pokoj. U prvu vas může trochu vyděsit vchod do budovy kde jsou pokoje v horním patře (je nenápadný, přímo z ulice jako kdybyste šli do kancelářské budovy, neni úplně hezký, výtah je malý). Pokoje jsou krásně zrenovované. Vše bylo čisté.

The building is awful. The location is terrible, it’s a dirty and noisy part of the city. They gave us a room with no hot water and no air conditioner. They were supposed to make is a refund but never did.

It was clean, spacious and a great location.
Everything was great.
Location was amazing, within walling distance of everything. Lots of bars ans restaurants nearby. Good transport links.
Entrance to building is very dated which is a bit off putting when you first arrive. Room had a bit of a smell. Only had one mug so we had to tale turns having a cuppa. Nothing to worry about though.

אני לא נוטה לתת ביקורות שליליות אבל המקום רחוק מהציפיות, הכניסה למקום מעופשת ומגעילה, המקום נמצא ממש מעל תחנות רכבת ואוטובוסים, אז יש מלא רעש כל היום וכל הלילה, החלונות לא אטומים, החדר סטנדרטי לחלוטין אפילו אין מצרכים או כלים בסיסיים בשביל חדר בדירה.
Bucht hier niemals! Das Zimmer ist dreckig und kaputt, mitten im Raum steht einfach eine Tür, die nirgendwo hinführt. Das Treppenhaus und der Hof sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Das ganze Gelände ist total unsicher. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht, nur einen schäbigen Rezeptionstisch aus den 80ern, an dem niemand sitzt.
