Biztos vagyok benne, hogy legközelebb is ide foglalok!
Pros:

A bejelentkezéstől a kijelentkezésig minden tökéletes volt. A szálloda egész légköre nagyon barátságos. A hotel-bár választéka rendkívül gazdag, a svédasztalos reggeli minden igényt kielégített .

Nice hotel, but far away from the coolest city attractions.

The staff was great!

The hotel is really far away from the attractions of the city. But it is our fault - we thought that the public transport is far more frequent:(

Caldo ed accogliente
Pros:

L'albergo è molto caratteristico e riconoscibile. Le camere sono sufficientemente ampie e vengono rifatte ogni giorno con cura ed attenzione. La piscina viene aperta su richiesta fino alle 22 ed il bar è aperto H24. A pochi passi dall'albergo c'è la fermata dell'autobus 5, che in poco tempo collega con il centro di Budapest. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni ora: ci hanno preparato da bere, stampato le carte d'imbarco e cercato soluzioni ad ogni nostra richiesta. L'albergo era caldo e confortevole.

Cons:

Sarebbe piacevole se la temperatura della piscina in inverno fosse innalzata di un paio di gradi.

Nekem az év jól indult a Hotel Palota City-ben!
Pros:

Kedves, professzionális, segítőkész személyzet. Az éjjel-nappal nyitva tartó drink-bár választéka verhetetlen. A hotelben minden feltétel adott, hogy vendég feltőltödjőn, és mint egy remek szállodai tartózkodásra emlékezen vissza.

Pros:

The staff was very pleasant, the bus no. 5 that takes you to the city center stops literally next to the hotel, compared to the other places we saw, that are more expensive I think it's a good value for money :)

Valaha szép lehetett a hely, de érződik rajta, hogy évek óta romlik le. A személyzet kedves.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves volt a recepciós, és nyugodt, csendes volt a környék. A belváros tíz perc kocsival, és a szállás mellett van egy Aldi, így a reggeli-vacsora könnyen beszerezhető.

Cons:

Az ígért udvari parkoló nagyon szűkös, távozáskor tolatva-szlalomozva kellett kerülgetnünk a többi autót, 2-3 centiket figyelve. Mindkét szobához tartozó fürdőben csatornaszag terjengett, ami a szagelszívó folyamatos járatásával csökkent, de ha lekapcsoltuk a villanyt, visszatért. A szobákban az ágyak és az ágynemű nagyon porosak voltak, bár a huzatok tiszták. A padlószőnyeg tele volt foltokkal, egyértelműen koszos hatást keltett, mint amit évek óta csak porszívóznak, de sosem tisztítják ki kárpittisztítóval.
