Great value for money, big room with comfortable bed and AC!
Pros:

Air conditioning in reception and in the rooms was working and cooling to ensure comfortable temperature, given 35+ degrees outside. Room was big and bed was comfortable

Cons:

WiFi had to be reconnected every time you returned to room or cafe, not many ‘western’ breakfast options, and anything Indian would be useful to have explanations of what it is for those who do not know

Pros:

- Room was very big and had good amenities
- had a big balcony with table and chairs
- location was good and walking distance from the Mall. L de Goa
- Nearby area also looked good to me. I was there for a night as I had a flight from Mopa airport the next day
- breakfast was decent with some options
- Staff were polite
- overall I had a comfortable stay

Cons:

- for wifi connection I had to call the reception and the speed was bad (1-2 Mbps) at least in the room I stayed in

The hotel was great and so was the Manager/staffroom were OK and clean.
Breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

Although room/ bath was clean, bedsheets need serious attention. Several holes in sheets and sheets and pillowcase smelt stale.

Excellent, but could do without the prepayment hassle
Pros:

Room was clean and specially the bedsheets.
Good hot water throughout the day.
Excellent breakfast, better than expected and would return because of this.Manager Desmond was very pleasant and helpful. Am returning in 2 weeks and hope he honours my requests.

Cons:

After doing the booking on Booking.com, too much harassment over advance payment, that I was unable to do because I had a foreign credit card, EVEN though Booking.com had my card details at time of booking and said if I did not show up , the room charges would be deducted, so dont know what the problem was. Caused a lot of hassle and stress, just before travel, which was not good and almost made me want to take my business elsewhere.
Am sure lots of foreigners would encounter this same problem , due to lack of credit card from Indian bank.
If they are so worried about " no shows" , they should have a banking link for payment where you can use your credit card from abroad.
