The check in service was dreadful, then cancelled and then promised an extra night in the apartments which they then rescinded.

Cons:

The room was dirty. The sheets were the only thing that was clean. Bathroom smelt like urine and the floors were filthy. Smelt like cigarettes

Nous avons aimé l’accès à la piscine ainsi que le charme de la chambre. C’est vraiment suffisant pour une nuit !

Cons:

Néanmoins, les murs sont très fin, nous entendions nos voisins même éternuer ! Le fond des poubelles de la chambre était très sale, et des traces de moisissures étaient sous les tais d’oreiller et de lit.

TERRIBLE DIRTY

Cons:

The hotel was so filthy that after paying and entering the room, I told them I didn't want to stay there because of the filth and asked for a refund, but they refused even though I hadn't stayed there. The toilets were stained and hadn't been cleaned at all. The room also smelled terrible. Even the pillowcases were yellow from the filth. It was also full of bugs and flies! I literally had to ask the hotel next door to shower and use the restroom because it was truly awful! Even though I'm not obsessed with cleanliness, it was a disgusting place. The hotel was empty anyway. So, giving me my money back wouldn't have saved them from losing customers. The other rooms were all empty anyway (it's not hard to see why).

I hope you hire a cleaner with the money you've so unfairly taken from me lol…
