Will never choose this hotel anymore
Pros:

When our group arrived at the hotel we were shocked that the hotel was closed due to maintenance worked but sadly we were not informed earlier after long negotiation than we were transferred to another hotel

Cons:

Next time please do let the customer know earlier we were very upset about this hotel

Not equipped to handle foreign payment and somewhat disorganized staff (seems to be run by students as part of an educat
Pros:

- great shower
- located very close to the train station
- extremely spacious room

Cons:

- did not accept credit card
- the ATM nearby did not work with US nor Malaysian bank debit cards
- room was not ready at check-in time; it took a while for the room to be ready after check-in and the first two rooms we were given did not have the correct number of beds as was listed in the booking
- one person in our group found a medium size roach near the bathroom (~4cm long)
