Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent base for climbing Sumbing and Sindoro staff enthusiastically providing transport to the base camps. Good restaurant with attentive service.
Not a big problem but bathroom is dated and could be cleaner. No plug in wash hand basin.

Hot water needs some improvement
The property is very clean, hot water works like a charm, the service is very pleasant. This hotel is very close to our main destination: Basecamp Garung, Mt Sumbing. The staff is very nice as well, we are allowed to store some of our luggage in the hotel while we are hiking for 2 days.
A lot of flies during our breakfast.
I am being charged double but I booked only 1 room dan used 1 room only. The hotel said I got to pay first then later should there be confirmation from Trip.com I will get the money back. The fact they don't return the money at all. I'm disappointed using your e-commerce.
