Pros:

Amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly very helpful with booking things to do. Can walk everywhere. Would highly recommend .Felt very safe as a solo traveller.

The Staff were so incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The location was fabulous .
The room was comfortable and the pool area was very pretty and tranquil. I also had a massage which was very good.

Cons:

I had a small issue with laundry so I personally would not recommend this service and we went out for breakfast most mornings as we preferred alternatives that were available in nearby resturants.

Great location but in serious need of renovation
Pros:

Location was excellent and the gardens were beautiful, complimentary breakfast was nice

Cons:

Old, run down, our rooms at the back of the property were like hostel rooms, shower head barely worked, power points hang off the wall, bed was like concrete, needs some serious maintenance and upgrades

Everything was fantastic, only negative was the food, drinks and service- staff would do well from training in cocktail making and general assistance during breakfast service hours, other than that, experience was perfect

A beautiful sanctuary
Pros:

A little quiet gem hidden away (in plain sight) in Ubud

Cons:

Front room is noisy as at street front. I asked to move and the team willingly enable that for me

Pros:

Good location and the lovely garden.
The linen was clean.

Cons:

It's close to the main road and very noisy.
The floor drainage in the bathroom was clogged so there was water all over after the shower.
The breakfast was modest but tasty.
