Un séjour parfait
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé. La chambre est très bien équipée et jolie, l’hôtel est d’un charme absolu, la piscine est divine, les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Merci à tout le personnel qui est efficace et adorable.

La situación del hotel

Cons:

El baño de la habitación no era para nada adecuado, la ducha estaba pegada al inodoro sin ningún tipo de separación, ni mampara, ni plato de ducha para contener el agua, por lo que si utilizabas la ducha. el baño en su totalidad quedaba inundado e impracticable. Solicité un cambio de habitación a una que tuviera la ducha separada y la respuesta fue que era posible con un coste por ser habitación de superior categoría, no lo acepté, mi habitación era estándar que se supone que dispone de esos mínimos, su respuesta fue que también podía usar el inodoro del lobbi del hotel que estaba siempre disponible, me pareció una tomadura de pelo. En la información de las características de la habitación del hotel al hacer la reserva en ningún momento se indica esta "circunstancia' del baño, ni en características, ni en foto, hay fotos del baño pero curiosamente ninguna de ese espacio. No me parece que esa habitación se pueda vender salvo que lo informes con claridad previamente.

Beautiful, peaceful and quiet hotel right in the city center.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel right off on of the main streets in Ubud. Yet when you stay here you would have no idea you are in the middle of the busy city. It is an oasis of peace and quiet yet you can walk out the hotel and find everything you need in Ubud. If you want to be in the middle of the city but have peace and quiet, this is the hotel for you! All of the staff are amazing! Kadet, Putu, Musliandi and everyone else who made my one week stay magical, thank you🙏

Oase van rust in Ubud
Pros:

Fijne accommodatie. Oase van rust om aan de drukte van Ubud te ontsnappen. Huisje was heel fijn. Wel opletten voor je spullen, want de aapjes houden van een extraatje.

Cons:

Vochtigheid in de badkamer. Niks droogt en je kan het ook niet buiten hangen omdat de aapjes er dan mee weg zijn.

An oasis in the middle of Ubud
Pros:

Ubud Inn cottage was a perfect oasis in the middle of Ubud but on a slightly quieter strip of Jalan Monkey Forest, which is unrecognisable from the place I first visited in 1997!
The gardens and pool are absolutely delightful and so clean and well cared for. It was great spotting all the wildlife - tree shrews, big lizards, frogs galore, birds and butterflies - we even had a visit from a little troupe of monkeys one day when we were by the pool but the staff were great at shooing them away!
Having breakfast with a view over the lotus lily pond was also great. Breakfast was good - freshly cooked and some variety to choose from.
We had a room towards the back of the property so it was really quiet with terrific views from our balcony. We spent plenty of time chilling and swimming in the pool after a hot day out in Ubud.
If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and peaceful hotel with friendly staff who take care of all details then look no further. I would definitely stay here if I returned but unfortunately Ubud is just far too crowded with tourists now to make that likely.

Parfait endroit au coeur de ubud
Pros:

Emplacement idéal au milieu de la rue principale ( tout à portée de main, c'est génial) et pourtant hyper au calme dès qu'on rentre à l'intérieur du jardin.
Très très très charmant, joli décor balinais. Le personnel est vraiment très poli et gentil, très aidant !!! Le prix est ridicule vu les qualités de l'établissement. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, la piscine est super agréable.

Cons:

On pourrait améliorer la qualité du restaurant et du petit déjeuner servi, parfois fade. Ils ne vérifient pas si les contenants de savon sont remplis correctement mais ce n'est rien. Dès que vous leur demander quelque chose c'est réglé immédiatement.il manquerait un fauteuil à l'intérieur des chambres par exemple.

Très bon séjour à Ubud.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel dans Ubud, près de la Monkey Forest. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. La piscine est très agréable et tout le jardin est magnifique. Petit déjeuner très bon. Tout est accessible à pied, c’est très pratique.

Lekker ontbijt. Perfecte plek.
Pros:

Locatie, tuin, lieve leden van de staf.

Cons:

Het was erg vochtig in het verblijf en daar door ook een natte geur. Maar dat kan echt door het klimaat komen.

Really enjoyed my short stay. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay again next time.
