Cons:

when I arrived, the hotel was completely abandoned—no staff, no security, and the compound was in terrible condition. We waited for almost 20 minutes, but not a single person was present. It was clearly not in operation, yet the listing was still active for bookings.

This experience was deeply disappointing and distressing, especially after a long journey. I had to scramble to find alternative accommodation last minute. Booking.com and the property management (RedDoorz) should not allow inactive or non-operational properties to remain on the platform.
