A deeply disappointing stay that bore little resemblance to what was promised.

Cons:

The cabins were in a very poor condition. The lighting was extremely dim, making the space feel even more uninviting. There were visible insect remains on the bedpost, and the shower dial fell off the wall when used. The room had a strong mouldy smell that felt suffocating and made our stay uncomfortable.

We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a different room, which was an improvement in terms of cleanliness and odour. However, it was still far from satisfactory. There were brown stains on the side of the basin, and the bathroom overall did not appear properly cleaned. The bathroom ceiling had been patched with what looked like a plastic sheet, which failed to stop the rain leaking through. The mosquito net was torn and hung crookedly over the bed.

The walls were paper-thin, with some sections containing visible holes where you could see straight out to the road. The rooms are located directly beside a busy road, making them very noisy. Construction work across the street and loud music from a neighbouring property woke us abruptly at 7:00am.

We did not even use the pool, which is significantly smaller than it appears in the photos.

Breakfast portions were reasonable, but the quality and taste were disappointing.

Overall, the stay did not meet expectations. The photos on Booking.com are misleading and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property.

Pros:

Очень уютные виллы, отличный бассейн для семейного отдыха, есть глубокая часть, а есть мелкая для детей. В отеле есть опция бронирования водителя, чтобы ездить на пляжи, можно попросить забронировать билеты на лодку.

Tutto !!! Vi consiglio vivamente questo posto !!! Camere molto molto pulite , staff gentile e disponibile in particolare modo Erna , che ci ha aiutato moltissimo rispetto alle nostre richieste !! Wi-Fi per ogni camera , colazione ottima !! Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo prenotato escursione a manta Point e noleggio scooter tramite loro e ci siamo trovati da 10 !!! Complimenti !!!

Location in nusa Penida is awkward either way because things to do are very spread out but it was perfect for us after renting a scooter from the accommodation

Le personnel est très accueillant et efficace, un point fort de cet établissement ! Les lieux sont propre et l’établissement est chaleureux. Il est situé à seulement 30 minutes du port ce qui facilite les transferts et près des plus beaux beach club et à 40 min des grands excursions en scooteur (Diamond beach…). Merci au personnel pour ce séjour ! Je conseil cet établissement

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the very first moment. The floating breakfast option was a fantastic touch and a truly memorable experience. The swimming pool was absolutely amazing – clean, spacious, and with a stunning view that you could enjoy at any time of the day. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and special stay.

Excellent séjour ! Le logement est vraiment superbe : propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Tout était conforme, voire au-delà de nos attentes. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et toujours disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Nice, kind and affordable
Pros:

The accommodation was nice, the lady at the reception Erna was very nice and helped us with anything we needed. We rented scooters thanks to her and when there was a problem with them (our fault), she immediately helped us arrange a new one :)

Cons:

I would only criticize the breakfast, where you can choose one meal and one drink for the price. If you choose a sweet option, in my opinion there is quite a bit. For the mixed omelette meal, you will find enough :)
