Friendly staffs, good location.

Cons:

Shower head is not working. Towels are old and stained. Sink drain is also partially blocked. Need a lot of maintenance to be able to call it a hotel.

It’s clean.rooms are small but it’s all I require for one night stops.staff are friendly

Cons:

The breakfast really needs to cater a bit for the westerners. Very Indian targeted. I couldn’t even get any poached eggs or bacon

Staff were great, place was clean.

Cons:

Air-conditioning in one room was not working the best. Website said there was 2 pools however there was only one smaller size pool

I truly appreciate the attitude of the staff always polite, humble and welcoming. Please keep it up.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly from the receptionists and security personnel to the kitchen team. The environment was clean, safe, and very convenient. My family and I have stayed there several times, and everyone enjoys the place.

Cons:

One small observation concerns the swimming pool: some guests seem to swim without proper attire, perhaps because they come directly from the lobby. It may be helpful to encourage appropriate swimwear for everyone’s comfort.
