for the purpose of my travel and proximity of where I needed to be everything was very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I was not aware at the time of booking that breakfast was not included, however this was more likely due to myself not looking into it enough

Not always hot water from the tap. Soundproofing not very good in the rooms.

Overall great value for money
Pros:

This hotel is ideal for those who want to relax on the comfortable beaches of Nusa Dua without overpaying. It's located on the second line, 300 meters from the nearest beach, across the grounds of a neighboring hotel. Prices at the hotel restaurant and bar are very reasonable, three or even half those at beach restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and clean—a true 4-star experience. The pool is large and clean. The breakfast buffet was good.
