الاطلاله

Cons:

النظافة والريحه سيئة للغااااية
خصوصا المفارش قذره ولا تصلح للاستخدام الآدمي حتى الحيوانات ربما تتقرف منها
لا اعلم ماهذا الاستهتار بهذا الأمر لهذه الدرجة مع العلم أن أصحاب الفندق سعوديون (قصمان)
فالأسرة متهالكة والمراتب قدييييمة وجودتها سيئة تماما ولا تصلح للنوم عليها بتاتا
اتوقع ان أصحاب الفندق ان صح تسميته بذلك لم يدخلوا الغرف ولم يجربوا الجلوس والنوم فيها !!!!!
الأمر الآخر فالرائحه الكريهه فهي طامة الطامات خصوصا رائحة المفارش والأسرة
أتوقع أن أي شخص سوي سيتقيأ حينما يشمها لأول مره .أدوات المطبخ قذره غير أنها قليلة وغير كافيه
المشكلة اني تورطت وحجزت دفع مسبق لخمسة ايام، وما كان بيدي الا الصبر والسكن فيه بعد ما اضطريت ان ادفع بخشيش لعامل النظافة ليبحث لي على الأقل على مفرش يصلح للنوم الآدمي اما المرتبة فرفضوا تغييرها بحجة لا يوجد غيرها !!!!
ارجو من اصحاب الفندق ان يخافوا الله في النزلاء وفي المقابل المالي الذي يتقاضونه منهم، وينتبهوا للغرف ونظافتها وكذلك الاسرة ومدى راحتها للنزيل، بل اعادة تأهيل كامل الغرف والفندق بشكل أفضل وارقى، فمن الحسرة أن يكون هذا الفندق بوضعه الحالي في مثل هذا الموقع الجيد المطل على النهر.
وليهتموا بما في داخل الفندق بدل من الاهتمام بما في خارجه من جلسات وكافيهات وتوسعات !!!!!

الموقع والاطلاله جميله فقط

Cons:

الطاقم لم يكون متعاون كنت حاجز غرفه بدون شرفه وحاولت ارقيها الي واجعلها غرفه بشرفه ولم تتعاون ادارة الفندق

Comforting river sound, better at night.
Pros:

Nice comforting view with the sound of the flowing river.

Cons:

The floor is sticky, don't walk barefoot. Don't think it has been scrubbed though. The toilet light is so dim.

Superb
Pros:

The hotel has a "back to nature" concept and simple design which I really like, with exposed bricks and some bamboo accent on the ceiling. The room is spacious and the bathroom as well. The bed is comfortable. The temperature in puncak is already cold so no AC is not an issue. What I like more is there are shops selling Arabic food nearby. Recommended place to stay in puncak.

Cons:

The access from the main puncak road, at some point is quite narrow, so you need to be careful if there is a car from the opposite direction.
