Our property is in the heart of Bingin, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. However, like much of Bali at the moment the surrounding area is undergoing construction. As a result, you may experience some noise disturbances during the day. Bingin beach is accessible but you will notice construction work.

The rooms are lovely and well kept, the staff were very helpful and accommodating to us during our stay. The breakfast menu is very nice and all the food so fresh. 10/10!

- le petit dej n’est clairement pas adapté aux gros mangeurs (un seul choix sur la carte, tous les jours la même chose)
- manque d’endroit pour ranger dans la chambre.

The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant was a highlight, serving very tasty food. The location is convenient, with The Bambu Hut Spa and The Cashew Tree Cafe both about a 5-minute walk away. Bingin Beach is around 10 minutes away via stairs and is great for surfing and watching the sunset.
The property is much smaller than it appears in the photos, with too many villas for the space. The rooms feel dated and need updating, with limited practicality such as no shelf space and no full-length mirror. The bathroom also lacks privacy due to a semi-open toilet area with a wooden shutter-style door. Some villas face directly onto other villa walls, resulting in very little natural light.
The pool was out of service for two days during our stay though transport to another pool was offered.
The beach area feels unsafe in parts, with demolition debris such as iron, stones, and wood still present, and it is not suitable for swimming due to strong waves. Not safe for kids.
We really loved our time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even added a personalised touch to our room which was very sweet. We loved our room and the whole design and layout of the property. It was such a unique and special place to stay. It’s a little tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town but we loved that. It meant we could sleep peacefully and enjoy sitting outside by the pool. If we’re ever back in Uluwatu we would definitely stay here again.

Das Ambiente war sehr schön so wie die Lage auch die war super! Die Mitarbeiter waren super lieb und haben einem immer und direkt bei allem geholfen. Man könnte wirklich nicht mehr von einer Unterkunft verlangen. Essen auch tiptop

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était très bien situé et le personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins ; l’hôtel en lui même très jolie ainsi que la chambre : je n’ai rien à redire !
Le seul point négatif c’est la connexion qui était un peu compliqué à capter même dans la chambre

Walking proximity to dreamland beach, cashew tree, bambu spa. Away from the hurly-burly of traffic dense other parts of Uluwatu.

There are two unfinished buildings beside and in front of (closest to the demolition destruction of Bingin). Typical of Bali. If Building recommences it could be noisy. A comment, not a criticism. The pool could’ve been larger if you’d like to swim laps.

Incredible staff, very clean and the beds were comfy. Food was great and we were close to the beach and in easy walking distance to coffee shops and local gym.

The hotel is a bit away from the Uluwatu fuss. Breakfast was a 10/10 and the best of our whole time in Indonesia. The staff was very kind. Overall a great value for money.
