Super Hotel O Am Grandd

Everything. It was filthy, noisy and dangerous. The staff attitude was careless and indifferent probably due to their constant paan chewing.
We were woken at 03:00 by the violent abuse of a woman in the adjoining room. The owner/manager's attitude was utterly disgusting. He couldn't care less, wouldn't call the police or even look at the cctv. I looked in the register and found that no-one was booked into the room for that night. This suggests illegal activity, possibly prostitution, either with or without the owners knowledge.
I confronted two men I caught leaving the room after the woman had fled and reported the incident to the Trichy police.
DO NOT STAY HERE, PARTICULARLY IF YOU ARE A LONE FEMALE.

Absolutely Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs

This hotel may appear budget-friendly, but staying here is a complete regret. My experience was extremely poor in every possible way.
• The tubelight was literally fixed with paper tape.
• There is no ceiling fan; instead, a noisy wall fan is placed directly above your head with no speed control, making sleep impossible.
• No proper car parking is available. Guests are told to park “anywhere,” which resulted in receiving a traffic challan.
• The window view faces a slum area.
• Bedsheets were dirty, stained, and even had holes.
• Towels were filthier than a household doormat.
• The drinking water container looked so unhygienic that you’d rather stay thirsty.
• The washroom was extremely small, dirty, and foul-smelling.
• The toilet water spray did not work, adding to the discomfort.
• There were communication/language issues with the staff.
• No hangers were provided in the washroom.

I was completely trapped because I checked in at around 12:15 AM after a long road trip. Due to the late hour and date change, it was impossible to find another property. I genuinely don’t understand how this place has an 8+ rating on Booking.com.

Even staying in your car would be a better option than spending a night here. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel even if it were free. If there were an option to give a –5 rating, I would gladly choose it.

It was dirty and noisy

Hotel don't have geyser, cockroach are running everywhere, lift is not there, at this cost it's not worth. You have to compromise lot

Bad smell in rooms, water leakage in washrooms, bed frame makes noise, neighbour rooms voice can hear clearly, dirty towels, no proper hygiene

Everything,. This is not a hotel but just a hole, located along a narrow row of shops, on the 1st floor. Had to carry the luggage to the first floor as there was no one to receive us. Reached around 11 pm at dark, dirty and dingy reception and had to wake up the only staff on duty. Undone laundry strewn around. Very poor standard of hygine. The rooms were pathetic and there was a stale smell. The pictures posted are very misleading. There are certainly better hotels in Trichy at a cheaper and reasonable price.
