Only positive was the location to the airport

Excellent location for Chennai International Airport

Cons:

Staff were rude & really not customer focussed. We had no toilet paper in the room, I asked for some, and a guy bought a part roll, which appeared to have been dampened down & had hand marks on it.

Booked for overnight stay to catch a flight early monring. Quite convenient. each access to city

Location. Right next to the airport terminal and the metro station. Small room but good enough for overnight stay. Comfortable room; bed could be more comfortable. Clean bathroom

Helpful staff, within airport cartilage, excellent furnishings, branded restaurants next door, loved it.
Pros:

Walkable from the airport , took my luggage through Metro concourse without the need for a taxi.

Very close to Airport and Metro
Pros:

The location is in the Airport Metro building it self, which is very helpful to access the Airport which is 200 m away from departure T2, The metro is just above the budling 50m.

Cons:

Would have been better if they can provide early/late check in and check out without much extra charges, As most people leave the luggage and go out to roam no point in paying extra to leave the luggage in the room and paying extra for this, We can leave the luggage in the lobby without any extra charges which is much apricated, There is also nice toilets in the Metro if you just purchase any ticked for Rs 30 in the metro, which is very helpful than paying Rs 750 to use early check in to use the toilet facilities.
