Highly recommend this place. Safe for solo travellers.
Pros:

Awesome place to stay on a workation. Quiet and peaceful. Very clean rooms with superb service and tasty food just an order away! Must experience place in chennai city!!

Comfortable stay with clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff, good location, and great value for money
Pros:

Had a pleasant stay with a lot of greenery around filled with many trees. Many activities to fill keep you occupied during your stay, especially the swimming pool and badminton was fun! A must visit for the price line they have!!

A very comfortable place to stay overnight as location and functional requirements are good.
Pros:

The room Nest-2 is functionall good as far as BED, AC and basic Bathroom facilities. But the rooms interior is far far inferior as most of the walls are of cheap particle board with plain looks paint peeling off at few locations. .

Cons:

The storage cuppoards which are concete slabs on wall with inmovable shutter doors with horrible mirrors on it. No side tables or stans except parapet walls are to used as stands

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms.

We ate there twice and the food was basic but excellent.

The staff couldn't do enough for you.

Cons:

Only issue was the pool. We booked this hotel because it had a pool and we really wanted a swim.

The pool was not fit to swim in. Full of leaves, water level well below skimmer box and the water very cloudy.

We did mention it to the manager a few times but nothing happened in the 3 days we were there.

Would have rated higher if we could have swam.
