The staff were so lovely, great family vibe. It's just the one cottage but I felt really comfortable and safe. Has a bed and bathroom which is all you really need. I had a scooter accident and they really helped me out and I am so appreciative of it. Also there is live music every night which seems to really bring people in. If youre staying here just order your food early because it's super popular for dinner

The accommodation is basic, but comfortable and clean. The view is beautiful. The breakfast is great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is live music and a restaurant in front of the rooms, which is very convenient.

Good location near famous waterfalls and near to Rinjani mount. Excellent food 👌The staff very helpful and kind. They also have live music at night. Really enjoyed to stay there!
The staff was amazing, super helpful and nice. The food was excellent, the shower had decent pressure, the bed was comfy.
The room was kinda shabby, but I can't hold it against them too hard, considering the price. It didn't bother me at all though, just fair to mention.
The WiFi wasn’t working when I arrived, I was pretty annoyed since I just got back from a 3 day hike and wanted to chill. The staff were super helpful and got it working :) very grateful, and they were super helpful overall
Comfortable bungalow, great view, simple but good breakfast, friendly staff. Good value for money.

Good location, close to waterfalls and can book Rinjani through the guides at the hostel. simple basic little cottage room. good for a couple nights, has warung attached.

The hot water wasn’t working after we arrived from driving 3 hours on our bikes in the rain:( the staff were a bit strange because they charged us for breakfast on our first day but the next day decided to tell us our breakfast was included and didn’t charge us but we never got our money back for the first day. We began to get bedbugs a few days after staying here and think it’s very likely the bugs could be from here because the sheets weren’t very clean
The staff were very nice and the food was good. The view was amazing as well.
The bathroom and the water pressure
Amazing location, great value basic room. Very good breakfast included with fruit salad and main dish, tea or coffee. Host helped arrange transport from ferry port and rental of his staffs scooter for the day.
The host was very responsive in communication before arrival however was quite odd when we arrived. Although Wi-Fi was advertised and we could see it was available, he told us there was no Wi-Fi. In addition he lied to us about undertaking a trip to pergasingan hill, saying that without a guide our scooter would be vandalised and it was not safe (which was untrue). I would rather he just said it would be good for us to support the local community than make up a wild lie!
Josi was the most incredible guide! Made our stay in Senaru Lombok my favorite part of our trip in Indonesia, I strongly recommend this place purely for the experience Josi gives you around Lombok! Please stay here!!!
Room was really spacious. Breakfast was nice. It is close to the waterfall.
There was no sink in the bathroom.
