Pros:

Staff were very efficient, helpful and fast to respond

Cons:

Breakfast did not have a wide variety of food. Not much continental and almost exclusively Indian food.
Coffee was not tasty

Great hotel central location
Pros:

Very central great restaurants close by excellent staff especially Sugyani Bikarettan and Vibha.
We travelled from Australia and had 5 wonderful days at the hotel thanks to the lovely staff members above. Always smiling

Pros:

The hotel is close to candolim beach and the staff is friendly. My deluxe room was upgraded and the breakfast was provided in take away as I had flight early morning.

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

Great location for the local bars, restaurants and the beach. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view!

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was boring. It was the same food everyday. They should have a daily variation of food since the hotel guest comes from different countries.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful, polite and kind. Few names i have to mention for their outstanding services are Sugyani, Bikarthan, Kuldeep, Balram and Vibha.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact the the hotel doesn't have a family room or a connecting room. This makes it harder for family with young children. Pool was normal, nothing extra ordinary.

Pros:

The room was nice and big and clean. The entire hotel is looking very nice. What I liked the most though was the stuff, they were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was ok, serving good omelets but I would have appreciated a bit more diversity and some non-indian dishes as long with some real coffee instead of the instant nescafe.

Very enjoyable, would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately we stayed when work was going on for the extended Apricot breakfast/dining room ,the temporary breakfast room was downstairs in a windowless room, functional but not very attractive, I am sure once the work has been finished on the extension it will work really well and be a nice comfortable space.
The Pool area and Attendant were first class , we just needed umbrellas for shade, we were told that they will be arriving this summer.

とても広くて明るく清潔な部屋にフレンドリーなスタッフ！
Pros:

価格の割に部屋は広く、清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。
スタッフもとても親切で空港までのタクシーを手配してくれて運転手との値段交渉も事前にしてくださり大変心強かったです。朝食も私には十分魅力的で、卵料理とドーサを注文を受けて作ってくれました。
とても快適で過ごしやすい部屋でした。ありがとう！

Very happy with location, facilities and especially staff support and friendliness.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Super accomodating, which made the stay quite pleasant.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a little better. Not too many options and the quality was okay but not superb. Coffee options were also limited. Americano for example costs extra.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich allerdings etwas schwierig mit der Kommunikation.
Der Pool Bereich ist ansprechend.
Bett sehr bequem ☺️
Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Der Frühstückt Raum ! Sehr eng, es fehlte immer an etwas . Es war ein publik Holiday aber so etwas weiß man im voraus.
Keine Strandhandtücher , auch nicht gegen Pfand.

Fabulous hotel, wonderful helpful staff
Pros:

This is a modern, clean and comfortable hotel with brilliant staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. The location is close to great bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes flat & easy strolling to the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast can be a bit crowded but a minor issue really
