A dreamy place in an inconvenient area
Pros:

The property looked like a palace. The rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. Everything looked new and classic. It was very dreamy and wholesome overall

Cons:

1)The traffic around the area is crazy. Grab drivers refuse to go up there as there are certain hours of the day where the main road becomes one way.
2) Breakfast buffet good not great. Although when it was raining they brought food into the room and it was very good.
3) Staff are unprofessional, hard to communicate with, not responsive. The reception of a hotel like this should be better and more serious. I should not be getting a giggle or side eyes when i am asking genuine questions and having concerns.

Swimming pool area , the beauty of the palace and the garden
The location .
Feel like in Europe

Cons:

Need some renovation.
The 1 floor rooms were umid . We had to move from 1 room for mold in the wool .
There was no small light close to the bed , just the main light .

I like the breakfast and rooftop restaurant. My room was very clean and spacious. I can get the mountain view.

Cons:

I am not a fan of classic exterior building. Gimme a creepy vibe XD.
