Worst hotel staff I ever seen.
Pros:

Check in time : 23:00

After entering room, it’s was very bad smell from toilet.
1. Room cleanness - very bad
2. Bath room condition- worst
3. Shower , I don’t know why it’s was there because it’s not working…
4. No bucket or mug .. ( if no shower we need at least bucket right ?)

I have checked with receptionist regarding above mentioned issues.

Ultimate reply from hotel receptionist:

You are booked room through booking.com , so we can allocated only this type of room.

I never expected this answer from hotel and more over they didn’t take any action.. very worst service.

After hearing this irresponsible reply I decided to check out at mid night 00:00.

I have moved on another hotel after 40 minutes of travel. Very bad experience I my past 10 years of travel life.
