Room was OK and I very much enjoyed the rooftop bar, especially since they were serving Soju.
I was only staying one night and messaged the hotel some days before arrival to help me find a bus to Mataram. They gave me numbers of travel agents who did not respond. How hard would it have been to at least tell me the Damri bus timetable? Maybe they did not know, but as a foreigner, I was not able to find it.
The room was clean and good and the personell was friendly
Last night we want to go to the bar at the rooftop. Whole week we can enjoy the music for free. Last night we could get a sit on the terrace when we pay 2million IDR. Inform the guests beter about this. It is a lot for not a night club.

Wat hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf! Het hele hotel is fantastisch, maar een extra groot compliment gaat naar het restaurant en de keuken.
Onze zoon heeft coeliakie en moet daarom strikt glutenvrij eten. Vanaf het eerste moment dacht het personeel met ons mee. De kok heeft echt alles op alles gezet om een veilige, glutenvrije maaltijd voor hem te bereiden, en het was ook nog eens ontzettend lekker. Dat gaf ons een heel gerust gevoel en maakte ons verblijf zoveel ontspannender.
De kok was ontzettend vriendelijk, betrokken en behulpzaam. Dankzij de geweldige service van de keuken voelden wij ons echt welkom.
Daarnaast was ook de rest van het hotel top. Het personeel was zonder uitzondering ontzettend vriendelijk, de bedden sliepen heerlijk en de douche was geweldig.
Dank jullie wel voor de fantastische gastvrijheid. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

It has a nice rooftop cafe with good selection of western and Indonesian food, so we don't have to venture out to look for food.
Long wait for food in the cafe during lunch time. There are much lesser staffs compared to dinner time.
Requested to mark up room while we're out for whaleshark tour but room was not cleaned when back. Hotel did check if we would like to have the room cleaned while we're in the room but we decided not to.
Overall, it is a still a good and clean hotel with friendly staffs.

It was a good location for the Whale Shark Saleh Bay tour. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. The food was fabulous on the rooftop terrace as was breakfast
Noise does travel in the hotel, we stayed when an event was on and no one slept on that night. It’s worth requesting rooms that are in a quieter part and bring ear plugs.
Great location next to the airport. Excellent rooftop bar with great view of the runway and a nice place for sunset. Comfy bed. Good shower pressure with hot water. Really prompt free airport transfer. Excellent for an early morning flight. Grab delivers.
The bar can be a bit loud until 11pm so if it is going to both you take earplugs. Would be great to have some hand soap.

The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
One of the biggest advantages is its location, right next to the airport, making it extremely convenient for early departures or late arrivals. The free airport shuttle service was also very efficient and greatly appreciated.
The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep before our flight.
Overall, an excellent airport hotel that offers great value, comfort, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.
