Highly NOT recommended, Don’t bother

Staff was horrible , uncooperative,

the night of our stay there was a live music above our room until 12:00 AM, our trip was starting on 2:00AM , couldn’t sleep, very very noisy due to the music . Ruined our trip due to lack of sleep
Second incident a very small amount of soda ( coca cola) spilled , cleaned it with towel! As no tissue is provided! They charged us an amount equal to almost 50% of the room rate! Saying it is cleaning fee!!! It is not hard stain! I could have washed it with water!

Nice staff and great restaurant with delicious and varied breakfast

The staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast and the rooftop restaurant are great!

Cons:

The rooms are small, it is very difficult to wash teeth in the bathroom, the sink is very small and there is a glass shelf above so it is very difficult to use the sink at all, without having everything wet. The walls in the bedroom would need some painting because they were very dirty. At the end they check the room, and they wanted to charge us for a stain on the towel, even though you don’t go and check the towels beforehand if they were completely clean when you got them..

Ok, but staff were not helpful.
Pros:

Room was OK and I very much enjoyed the rooftop bar, especially since they were serving Soju.

Cons:

I was only staying one night and messaged the hotel some days before arrival to help me find a bus to Mataram. They gave me numbers of travel agents who did not respond. How hard would it have been to at least tell me the Damri bus timetable? Maybe they did not know, but as a foreigner, I was not able to find it.

Handy when you want visit family
Pros:

The room was clean and good and the personell was friendly

Cons:

Last night we want to go to the bar at the rooftop. Whole week we can enjoy the music for free. Last night we could get a sit on the terrace when we pay 2million IDR. Inform the guests beter about this. It is a lot for not a night club.

Cons:

Le fait que la seule fenêtre de la chambre donne sur un couloir et qu’il n’y avait qu’un petit store, donc impossible de faire la nuit dans la chambre!

Perfect voor een tussenstop. Fijn hotel, geweldige service.
Pros:

Wat hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf! Het hele hotel is fantastisch, maar een extra groot compliment gaat naar het restaurant en de keuken.

Onze zoon heeft coeliakie en moet daarom strikt glutenvrij eten. Vanaf het eerste moment dacht het personeel met ons mee. De kok heeft echt alles op alles gezet om een veilige, glutenvrije maaltijd voor hem te bereiden, en het was ook nog eens ontzettend lekker. Dat gaf ons een heel gerust gevoel en maakte ons verblijf zoveel ontspannender.

De kok was ontzettend vriendelijk, betrokken en behulpzaam. Dankzij de geweldige service van de keuken voelden wij ons echt welkom.

Daarnaast was ook de rest van het hotel top. Het personeel was zonder uitzondering ontzettend vriendelijk, de bedden sliepen heerlijk en de douche was geweldig.

Dank jullie wel voor de fantastische gastvrijheid. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Pros:

It has a nice rooftop cafe with good selection of western and Indonesian food, so we don't have to venture out to look for food.

Cons:

Long wait for food in the cafe during lunch time. There are much lesser staffs compared to dinner time.
Requested to mark up room while we're out for whaleshark tour but room was not cleaned when back. Hotel did check if we would like to have the room cleaned while we're in the room but we decided not to.

Overall, it is a still a good and clean hotel with friendly staffs.

The hotel did well on so many levels, just the noise can sometimes be an issue.
Pros:

It was a good location for the Whale Shark Saleh Bay tour. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. The food was fabulous on the rooftop terrace as was breakfast

Cons:

Noise does travel in the hotel, we stayed when an event was on and no one slept on that night. It’s worth requesting rooms that are in a quieter part and bring ear plugs.

Little gem next to the airport.
Pros:

Great location next to the airport. Excellent rooftop bar with great view of the runway and a nice place for sunset. Comfy bed. Good shower pressure with hot water. Really prompt free airport transfer. Excellent for an early morning flight. Grab delivers.

Cons:

The bar can be a bit loud until 11pm so if it is going to both you take earplugs. Would be great to have some hand soap.

The Live Band. I think finished up at 11pm … it’s a bit over the top staff
Call it quits max 10pm

Staff helpful though
Good breakfast
Very close access to the airport

If you are going to bed early, this is probably not the place for you to stay due to the live music
