The hotel itself was very nice, the restaurant had a good variety of food and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The linens need to be changed. Our towels looked like they were 10 years old, very frayed. Our bed linen was stained.

Tophotel met supervriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Dit hotel maakt de 5 sterren meer dan waar voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Prachtige accomodatie met topkamers en bedden. Ontbijt super en 24u roomservice . Personeel doet er alles aan om het naar je zin te maken. Was door omstandigheden wat langer in het hotel. Gevolg dat ik mijn verjaardag daar moest meemaken, tijdens het ontbijt kwamen de personeelsleden van het restaurant zingend aangelopen en werdt ik verrast met een taartje op een bord. Toppunt van gastvrijheid.

Ein schönes, sauberes Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Salsa von der Rezeption, die uns geholfen hat eine Schifffahrt zu buchen, die für uns unbuchbar gewesen wäre. Wir empfinden das nicht als selbstverständlich und die Hilfe übertrifft die zu erwartende Gästebetreuung bei weitem.
Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Salsa!

Very comfortable but only come here to sleep as mainly for business
Pros:

Lovely modern comfortable rooms with amazing staff.

Cons:

The pool looked disused, not clean, in the shade. Needed more water. We did not use. Not what expect from a decent hotel. Breakfast could have done with more fruit and more pastries. The bar only served expensive beer and had sold out all other alcohol.

Ontbijt was bijzonder luxeus en uitgebreid. Alles was gewoonweg heerlijk.
Staff is uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk, zonder dat het gemaakt voelt.

Echt helemaal niets.
