Good location but cant expect much
Pros:

The hospitality by the staff is great. the location is good, nearby jam gadang and lot of restaurant/shop.

Cons:

Wifi is worst at 2nd floor. Always lost connection & super slow. Airconditioner also worst and not working.

Pros:

I liked the soft king bed and modern interior. Apart from that, the services from the hotel staffs are good too, very proactive and friendly. They do room service on daily basis. Check-in and check-out process

Cons:

The toilet is very dirty, the hotel is located a bit far from tourist attractions, the breakfast spread lacks of protein options.

We had a good sleep, probably because of the fact we were so tired, but there are some real issues
Pros:

Was a decent sleep and the view was nice. Staff let us check in early which was nice. Car parking was in a garage area next door which appeared secure

Cons:

First room we were given a key to was not made up yet. Had been destroyed by the previous guest.
Got a new room. Felt that the sheets hadn't been changed from previous customer.
Biggest issue was, morning of checkout. No water in the shower. So, wife is covered in soap and was about to rinse her hair, and had to crawl under a tap intended for wudhu/ablutions and rinse her body off with cold water. This place was 740k rupiah. For a three star hotel, it was charging nearly 4* prices. I hardly ever write anything critical.
They wanted to charge 10k rupiah for a sachet of coffee that costs at most, 2k.

Pros:

The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The concept and design are impressive. The only drawback is the cleanliness, especially toilet.
