Location is not convenient
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Moved rooms 3 times to fix issues
- Aircon and fridge didn't work
- No hot water

Bathroom floor remained WET after shower for ages in my third room.
It's a 15 + minute walk to a limited range of eating choices and very few cafes.
