Air condition should be check reguraly my room smeel sewage. I was moved to the
2nd floor and the room is fine but the access in the alley since it’s on renovation smell strong paint and dust everywhere in the carpet. It makes allergy. I suggest that the hotel should consider not to rent rooms in 2nd floor until the renovation is finished.

It was a lovely hotel & the bed was so comfortable 😍 was very hard to get up haha
The doors were very dingy, they needed to be repainted, the walls were covered with mould.

Location and restaurant
This hotel was named ibis before. New owner has not renovate the hotel and everything in the room very old. We could not had calm sleep because of the fan-coil voice.
The hotel was perfect for vacation. Just one step away from Malioboro where we can shopping or just city walking. In fact, it is close to any interesting place in Yogyakarta. The foods are awesome! They served various menus from traditional until western style breakfast. That's great!
So far, all is good. If you can leverage the parking lot, that will be another plus value. During the stays, I parked one night at the hotel area, one night at the mall parking lot.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and was in an amazing location with the mall right next door.
Fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel, een gezellige bar en uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamers waren ruim en schoon. Op loopafstand van Malioboro.
Er waren onderhoudswerkzaamheden en daardoor sliepen we de eerste nacht niet zo best
