Swimming pool, breakfast, close to the mall,

Cons:

Air conditioner was constantly on 20 degrees and was unable to adjust it. Contacted staff but due to language barrier, was unable to explain so nothing was done.
I also asked for a clean cup from housekeeping . I gave my used cup to the laundry boy and he just wiped it out and put some spray on it to clean it. Not hygienic at all.

Cons:

Smoking at Swimming Pool allowed?? there was so many kids playing around yet adults walking around smoking!!! so unsafe for children, It would be very wise if special area for smokers available far away from location where children is around...(and it should not be at the swimming pool area of course...)
F&B service is slow.. and I think staff between department does not coordinate/communicate well, we just order an ice cream with very simple topping at swimming pool because there was a sign which inform we can order ice cream there, and the order did not came out after 15 - 20 minutes waiting, when we ask to the pool staff about the order, he just said "I don't know..." without any initiative to ask or coordinate with the kitchen department to speed up our order delivery....
Finally, the Ice cream came when we were about to go back to our room, and its been almost 30 minutes since we put our order, and told them that we would like to cancel our order. when it arrived, we just want to cancel it, but the staff ask us to pay the order because they said the order is already arrived...well I ask them to put it in our room bill, we finally bring the ice cream to our room and ate it there melting..
There was other gentlemen order a can of sprite 5 - 10 minutes before our order, and his order came after our ice cream came- when he also about leaving the location because he was waiting too long to get his sprite...and yet asked for to pay the order...

I believe I will not come back to stay there again with the kids..

i had two stays in the span of a month at this hotel and was grateful for the excellent hospitality, convient location,
Pros:

unique location for a first time visitor in indonesia. the building felt very secure and safe as a solo female traveler, that’s very important. every staff member was incredible.

Cons:

the elevator was temperamental and would alarm if the door was held open. i know this is out of control of the property, but the pollution of the city made it hard to spend time in the rooftop pool

Experience withthe hotel was okay, not great could be much better.
Pros:

Breakfast and location is good. It’s near the area where we were training and work.

Cons:

The property feels dated and could use some renovations. The reception is oddly located, not near where guests typically arrive, which makes check-in confusing. Additionally, the place doesn’t quite match the photos shown on the website. Staff arenot all friendly, cleaning is not consistent.
